Great time at dads today. We were sat immediately. Our server, Rae recommend the steak and 2 enchilada combo and it was fantastic. She checked in often and made sure our drinks were topped off and everything was good. Great homemade chips and salsa. Everyone was very polite and the grub was great. We’re gonna have to make another stop in for some burgers.

Our server forgot our silverwathat he forgotre when we were seated, meanwhile table next to ours got theirs when they were seated. Our food came still no silverware, when we reminded him he forgot, he just said Ill get you some. Then I watched him as he prepped silverware for several tables while we sat and watched our food get cold. When he finally brought the silverware he didnt apologize for the wait ir even asked if we needed anything else. He never came back to our table till we were done and ready for the bill. Food was awesome but Im afraid your server will keep us from returning 😐

I sat at the counter ordered my meal with a water and lemon got my meal fairly quickly the food tasted good. But then I never saw my waitress ever again. I ate my entire meal without anything to drink because she never came back. I had 6 different staff members walk past me. It was so bad that I turned my cup upside down to see if someone would notice but no one ever notice until i paid my check and pointed it out that the cup was upside down the entire meal. Wont be back

Our server didn't listen to what we wanted. My granddaughter wanted a hamburger plain with mayo and an over med egg on the side. The server ordered her the hamburger steak meal with hash browns, two eggs, and a side of toast. She asked for a hamburger bun, came out 20 minutes later. She had to go ask for mayo. My grandson ordered steak fingers and got chicken strips. My hash browns were like warm. First time there. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I could see our dinners on the ready shelf but the waitress told me she had to finish takibg a to go order first. Two other waitresses were standing nearby.
If I had been by myself, I would have demanded the dinners be remade. My wife is embarrassed when I make these kinds of objections in a restaurant.
She ate her warm taco dinner and, to appease her, I ate my warm fries and sandwich.
