I came to eat, being a previous employee. Albie was so awful towards me. I couldn’t even think of possibly coming back. I worked as a sever here for 2 years but as a customer she was awful, Dennys used to be so fun and awesome and it makes me and several favorite servers here glad we left, I can see why several regulars are going to village inn, she is so awful towards guests and good at sending star level servers away.

We didn’t wait too long to be seated, we ordered our food and waited at least 30/45 minutes. Our food came to the table and was cold! I addressed the manager and she said everyone was tired etc. I understand that but for our food being “fresh” it was pretty cold. We usually have a great experience… that’s usually during the day. I guess we will stick to day visits, tonight was not what we expected and we were disappointed to say the least.

I will definitely be calling the manager tomorrow cause the night time manager is completely rude and doesn't know how to even do her job. Missing food, messed up plates, frozen food ans still get charged full price. Not to mention they like the blame the problems on brand new staff members that had nothing to do with it.
