First of all, nothing about the delivery on the website states that delivery is through door dash and if it does it is not stated clearly . So if something is wrong with your order you have to call door dash even though you purchased it through the dickeys website. 2. Called to notify that my order was not only missing drinks but it was also missing food and was told I couldn’t be refunded and that I would have to drive there, which defeats the purpose of getting it delivered. 3. Food was cold and the brisket was super fatty and un-trimmed. Food over all was disappointing for costing so much. Will not be going back for a second chance.

Out of sausage and turkey at 5:00pm on a Wednesday. Portions of protein did not meet expectations, or match portion sizes of similar restaurants. Chicken and pork were dry, the chopped and sliced brisket looked the same and were mostly fat. No sense in complaining only 3 younger employees present.

Ordered food to be delivered delivery was less then 20 minutes but my food was disappointing all of my meats on my three meat tray were bone dry my ribs may as well have been jerky for the prices that are charged this is pathetic easy to slide nasty food to delivery orders I guess won’t be eating or recommending this food to anyone

Every time we try to eat here they are always out of food. Today I decided to order off the app around 3 with a pick up time of 5:15. I paid over 200 dollars for this order. They said the sides were in the bottom of the bag so we took their word for it. Got all the way home. A 20 min drive just to find out there are no sides. I called them and the guy who answered was rude and he interrupted me when I was talking. It is 5:50 pm right now. I asked him to add another potato casserole and the boys would pay when they got the other sides however he said they ran out. Now they do not close for another 3 hours and ten minutes yet they are out of sides. We haven't eaten here in 2 years because the last time we got containers full of fat. Thought we would give you one more try and you continue to disappoint. Also tipping should only be a percentage of the total cost if it's a sit down establishment where a server will be helping you constantly not at a one stop shop like this place. I tipped 15 dollars not the 15 percent, which is more than adequate because again all they did was partially fill an order. I feel like this might be part of the reason the service was so bad. Maybe not. I'm adding this. I just looked at all the food and our brisket is all fat and they only gave us 1/2 pound when I paid for 1 1/2 pounds. I call and the girl who answered argued with me saying I did not order that much so after we hung up I got online and checked my receipt and I indeed did order thar much. I am livid by this point! I call back and get the rude guy. I am trying to explain to him when he interrupts me and says do not yell at me. I was not yelling. I said I am not yelling but I am pissed. We spent a lot of money and you guys really messed up this order. You need to do better. Sent the boys back for a third time to get the brisket. DO BETTER! Oh and not one time did anyone apologize. They just treated us like a burden.
I am adding to this review on 12/04/24 because they posted a message asking me to email them to resolve my issues. I did so 4 days ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. I suspect they just put that message so it appears they care.
Show up at 530 in the evening for dinner and the only side they had available was potato salad. They said it would take 30 minutes to make the other sides. Disappointing to say the least.

We placed an order at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit today, spending nearly $300, including a tip. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our order was missing the toast that was supposed to come with it. When we called to inquire, we were told they didn’t provide toast because they had a limited quantity—something that was never mentioned to us when we placed the order. (Keep in mind this is something we were charged for)
When I asked if they would reimburse us or offer a solution, they offered rolls instead, which was acceptable. However, we had to drive back to pick them up, adding to the inconvenience.
To make matters worse, when we arrived to collect the missing part of our order, the staff member who assisted us was rude and unprofessional. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.
Given our experience and the number of negative reviews this location already seems to have, I strongly recommend that management take a closer look at how this restaurant is being run. It’s disappointing to have this level of service from a well-known chain.
