Placed a take out order at 6:35 pm, and received a call stated they were out of brisket and only pulled pork, no sweet tea. Not a problem and substituted those out with options, However when I got to the restaurant to pick up my mobile order they stated they did not make our order and they are sold out of everything, after receiving a phone call they could. Poor communication with this restaurant, even a second phone call or heads up would’ve been nice!

The food was dry and the portions were not as advertised. I basically just ordered bread with a dash of meat.

The service wasn't so great either, like it was a bother that we came in to try something new.

The price was ridiculously high for the amount of bread we received.

Honestly, go to any other BBQ place, you'll be wasting your money at Dickey's. 0 outta 10.

We have tried online ordering from here twice now. Both times were called and explained that they did not have what we ordered (Which is fine). We were told we would be given a refund for what we paid. When that did not happen, I have sent multiple Emails and calls reaching out. I have never received a call back or an email in response.
The first order we paid $30 to the restaurant and in the second order, we paid $20. We will never be back considering the circumstances. I warn people, if you plan on online ordering, be prepared to lose your hard earned money. This establishment has been impossible to get ahold of and lacks the professionalism of doing what’s right.

Went there today with my parents and son, we walked in, no one greeted us. While we were deciding what we were going to order the girl said rudely said “is it for here or to go” attitude and was bugged about us not ordering soon enough. Their customer service sucks.

I ordered through door dash, I paid $20 for a brisket sandwich and $20 for a brisket plate. It got here and the sandwich is tiny and the brisket plate has the smallest piece of brisket, they called and let me know they didn't have Mac and cheese or sweet tea and so I subbed the Mac and cheese with potato salad and I got coleslaw instead...I wasted over $50...

Food was okay. Not great. How you going to give me a little bread to eat with a good portion of meat and then charge me for a little slice of bread.. place was dull and dusty. Would not recommend.

This place was decent when it first opened but now it’s all sorts of terrible. Terrible service, terrible food, and a sad dining area.
Stood there looking at the menu for a bit deciding what to eat. Then I had to ask the 3 employees in front of me. Where to I place my order? Then someone who I assume is a manager came from somewhere to take my order. And they still got it wrong. They also had the driest brisket I’ve ever had.

This was a to go order. Food was bland. Small meat portions for the three piece meat meal. They were also out of mac n cheese. (This was at 1pm) and they also forgot to give us our BBQ sauces (we didn't noticed til we were home.) Disappointed.

Sunday family get together and wanted my in laws to try Dickey's. It was very disappointing, the young lady cashier was very rude no customer service at all, she would give the ugh and roll her eyes, and food was cold when served. I think the employees should look professional when on the job, and do not wear ear buds or be on your phone please when taking orders or working around food.

Very disappointed with the food at this BBQ spot. I had been wanting to try Dickey's for years and finally do and the food was meh. The service was subpar. I kept wondering why they cut the bread in half.

Ordered food for pickup online arrive at store they say they dont have food to fill my order , said they tried to call twice , this is a lie . I told them to cancel my order then and refund my money they charged me anyway ! Going through visa to get my money back and reporting to BBB!

Been here three times. Went during dinner and they are open til 9. However, they are out of half of everything. 6:30pm Friday evening! No mac and cheese, no crispy chicken, no brisket, no BBQ baked beans, no Nashville hot sauce and several other things they mentioned. It has been like this each time. Slow service. We will go elsewhere from now on. A door dash order was canceled while we waited. Meat was dry and hard.

The food was PHENOMENAL! Went in to get the loaded giant baker but they were out of bakers (🙁) as well as a few other things. HOWEVER, they made what I wanted with their loaded mash instead and added all the toppings I was hoping to get on the baker and lets just say I WILL BE BACK to get exactly what they made me the last time!!

I been driving by this place. Been on my list to try. Food was good. But customer service needs a little cheer up, it’s work. Most employees don’t understand that you walked thru the door asking for a job to pay bills or whatever you need money for. So cheer up!
