This is my go-to place when it comes to ordering from Domino's.. I usually order online and pick it up at the pick-up window.. I have never had a problem with any of my past orders.. Maybe a small hick-up, but they found my order right away.. The customer service here is great as they are attentive.. I also love their points program, as their pizza's are also reasonably priced.. I highly recommend this place to anyone who craves pizza and some good service.. š š„
Too much power for one person. Some guy who works here thought yelling at me instead of calmly telling me to not park at the front door was proper. I was picking up an order which I thought would be quick but the other worker was slow. The guy saw me get out of the vehicle and walk in and waited 10 minutes to start to yell at me. I ignored him because I thought since the curb wasnāt paint red and there were no signs of no parking I thought Iād quickly pick up my pizza. Such an inappropriate time to yell at someone. Why not just politely ask me next time not to park by the front door. Mind you I have a handicap placard for the handicap person who is in the vehicle. So unprofessional. Never will come her again. Iād rather go to Pizza Hut and get yelled at.

The service here is so bad that I'll never go back. The employees are so busy on their personal phone and talking with each other about getting high that they don't bother to do their job then they have the balls to demand a tip. The other store in Farmington is 2000% better

Orders a simple order of bread bites. 30 minutes before arriving for pickupā¦ arrived, still had to wait another 30 minutes. When I did arrive and wait for 30 minutes the staff were doing anything other than trying to make pizza. Talking, answering phone calls saying that they only had one person in the kitchen. When I can see that there are actually 3. So he lied on the phone and still takes his time to do anything. Not a good pizza place. Do not get food here. Drive 5 minutes to a different location and get better food faster.

This is the worst domino's I've ever ordered from. I placed my pick up order online. It said 20 minutes. I drove to the store and pulled into the drive up window after waiting in line I get up to the window and am told my order just went in the oven and it will be readynin 10 minutes so now I'm at the 35 minute mark. No big deal. After 10 minutes I go back to the pick up window line. Wait in line for about 5 minutes. Now the guy says. * we messed up on one of your pizzas so it's going to be another 10 minutes" I go sit again. 15 minutes later I get the same "oh we messed up on one. Gibe us 10 minutes." Finally after an hour and 15 minutes I'm handed 3 room temp pizzas. When I got home, all 3 were the wrong toppings. I call the store and am routed to a call center that BARELY speaks English and they tell me. " so sorry you need to go back to original store to file complain" so today. I go in to this location. The kid telks me. Oh uhh we don't have an order under your phone number. Are you sure you came here? I show the kid my email with the correct phone number and he's like. " Sorry. I don't have your order in the computer. There's nothing I can do "
Waited for pizza that was done and was not notified it was ready. Waited in lobby for 40 minutes. Pizza was cold when finally got home to eat. Store was not busy. Not happy with my pies

Went into the store at 1015 to place an order. The sign was lit open and the lobby doors were unlocked with both staff and customers entering and exiting. I placed my order and then was berated by the staff that the lobby was closed and that I could pick up my order at the window, but yet people were coming into the store and nothing was being said to them about the lobby being closed. Nice double standard... I'm pretty sure I won't be back. And I will let people know about this..

Put in my order ahead of time. Estimated time to pick up said 20 to 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, and I'm still waiting for my pizza after I went through the drive up window. They say their busy, yet they have time to send text messages out of there personal cell phone in hand. Walking talking with other workers when they have work that need to be done. 2nd time this has happened again. Don't know why I thought it was going to be any different this time. Think Pizza Hut from here on out. Why is it they always say short handed. How many years are you guys going to be short handed. Must be a reason why people do t want to stay and work here.

I bye pizza all the time for me and my family online and I got a free pizza so went to pick it up but there was no we're to park and the drive through was packed so we parked in front of the door to run in a get the pizza. But one of the workers was so rude to me telling me not to park pake there and next time go through drive through.. don't be rude to your customer's if you don't like your job go some were els so rude will not go there again ?????

Food was fresh! Delivery driver Frank left more to be desired as far as customer service. If you donāt want to work that night, either call out for your shift or find another job you donāt have to deal with tha public with. Donāt be grumpy to your customers. I donāt like dealing with tha public either but if itās what pays my bills, you can guarantee I will have tha biggest smile and be willing to help with any request. ?
