When my order was left at the wrong house and I called to ask where my order was, I was blamed for the delivery instructions of “leave order at the door” by both the manager and delivery driver. They would not apologize or acknowledge their error of going to the wrong house!!!!! They told me that I should have changed my delivery instructions if I didn’t like that my order was left at the door yet they went to the wrong house!!!! I have never felt so gaslit in my life. I have ordered here many times over the years and have never received such horrific service. I routinely tip 25-30% and yet this is the treatment I received for their error. It must be under new management, I’m so bummed out, it was our go-to for pizza delivery and now I will never risk ordering there again and they don’t care. I will add that it was the manager Kayla who told me it was my fault that my delivery instructions were to leave at door (refusing to acknowledge that the driver went to the wrong house) and then when the driver Kate arrived, she too told us that if we are so upset then we should have changed the delivery instruction- refusing to acknowledge she went to the wrong house!!!!! It was maddening, I have never felt so gaslit from a poor customer service experience, it’s like just acknowledge that the driver went to the wrong address instead of telling me it’s my fault that my instructions are to leave the delivery at the door (which I do to avoid making the delivery driver wait if I’m tied up). Now I’m waiting to hear from Kayla’s superior “Michelle”. I don’t want a free pizza out of this, I get so many from rewards that I never use. But this is Farmington and I expect nothing productive to come out of this. I just have to find a new pizza place.

So we order delivery today. My sister was eating the chicken Alfredo. She found a piece of hair. I decide to call to let them know so hopefully can get it resolved. The manager Kayla stated she did not have anyone on staff that has long hair and is only 2 male staff. I told her that we open it and she took only 2 bites before finding the hair because even I saw when she took out of her food. Only wanted to do $5 credit and kept denying our claim. I told her I wanted the chicken Alfredo taken off because we found in THEIR food. So good luck to whoever else orders from there! Poor management!

This location was great but after today I WILL NOT give these guys another dime. I came in to get my order and Kayla treated me like a misbehaving 3 year old. Out of the blue she just started yelling about people not showing up and employees quitting. I made a remark about her being unprofessional and she went off on me about minding my own business. Sorry but when someone is yelling with customers in the store something needs to be done.

Tried to order online which I’ve done several times before through the app. No problem before. got charged for the pizza and it never came so I called the manager Kayla, who was quite rude that it would take 3 to 5 days to possibly process a refund and I would have to email the store to ask for a review to get my money back for pizza that never came rather than refund me. Obviously this has happened before with other customers and they know that they don’t send the money back because people don’t send emails and beg for their money back.

Kayla needs to be fired 20 minutes. Was claimed then they never showed up. When I call at 8 minutes after midnight she states they knocked. I have a jack russell that barks at everything and cameras no one knocked. This is pathetic I am in a Rinky dink town where everything closes at 10. This is beyond professional and this is the general manager. She is pathetic as pathetic can be. I expect an apology from a real manager tomorrow or a discount I am calling corporate. Hopefully they will do something this is no way to treat a stranger to the environment.

The last two times I have ordered from here have been terrible. The first order we had they dropped bringing it out to us and had to remake some of it. Yeah I understand we make mistakes so I didn’t hold it against them but the second time we had an order they forgot to put my order in the oven and I waited 15 minutes later than when it was done so I figured it would’ve been done and ready. I get there and had to wait another 15 minutes. They don’t do anything to help me out or even like a coupon or anything. I got a sorry and they walked in. Well this is terrible and I always come to this store. Just hope no one else has dealt with this
