Ordered 2 pizzas. We kept track of our order our pizza was done at 7:05 pm. We didn't receive our pizza till 7:45pm . Delivery driver delivered 2 orders before ours so in that time when we finally got our pizza it was cold !! We had to microwave our pizza. We called the store and the manager she states they are busy and short handed. She offered to make our pizza again but it would take another 50mins !!! And would not garrentee our pizza fresh !

Online order are good they get it done and ready and service is good but as I got home I found my pizza with vary little sauce and I'm not sure if they were supposed to put something with the crust but I felt like I was eating bread and cheese for a pizza .. everyother day had been good ordering and great food .. today was not it ?

Last 2 times I've ordered online, the driver went to the wrong address. The first time I was able to flag down the driver to tell him he was at the wrong address. Last night the driver tried to call my phone but it was on silent, I did see the text come through and answered the text message stating that he was.....again....at the wrong house and told him where to go. No response. I texted again asking if I was going to get my food and the response was "No, I already left. You need to call the store" How hard is it to read the correct address on the order and go to the correct house? My house number is right on my mailbox in bold lettering. Will never order from this location again. Very disappointing. I can understand if Farmington was a big city, but it's not.

While they have eat in available, this is by no means the eat in experience of a normal restaurant. Everything comes in to go containers you eat it at a table you clean up after yourself.

If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service is terrible and I was treated rather rudly after I ordered a meal omitting an item due to an allergy. Meal showed up with requested item to be omitted, not ommited. A hospital visit is not something I wish to have happen due to neglegence or illiteracy. Beware if you have specifications for your meal!!

If you can't break $100 bucks what's the point!!!!!!!!!! Man, and you all were my place to go for pizza!!! Yeah, I won't be ordering carry out any more. Papa Johns was more accommodating and broke my BILL$100! #papajohns thanks guys! Pizza was delicious!
