I'd like to give this more stars....However, there was over six people working. It took forever to get through the line of two people myself and someone else. The OIL smells burnt and the whole place smelt like the oil in the back. The donut had an odd old oil taste. Not one of them can say we'll be right with you or stop and look at you. They don't even acknowledge you exist. None of them are smiling or happy

They don’t make the jelly or powder munchkins here. I asked and they said the baker doesn’t want to make them. This is the only Dunkin I have been to all over the country that don’t make all the donuts because they don’t want to. Since the remodel, it has gone down in service and quality.

Huge shout out to the one girl working tonight. Not gonna lie I was having a bad night, I called to complain (turns out I misunderstood) however she was so nice and still offered to fix it i felt so bad/embarrassed i hung up but appreciate great service! Sorry for being grumpy :(

I feel like Dunkin hasn't been that great lately. I decided to come back again after I've been avoiding it for a bit and let me say I am disappointed. My drinks haven't tasted the same and the donuts don't feel fully cooked. Although, I say this, there is one worker with glasses and shorter hair that has always done such a wonderful job of making drinks and taking orders. Tbh everything I go, I always hope that they're going be there. Kudos to them honestly.

So this morning we had a staff meeting my boss pre ordered donuts and coffee worth 50$ and specifically asked for certain donuts, went inside to pick it up and they weren't ready, started the meeting without them and later was ready. Literally only four kinds of the same ones, very disappointing and unprofessional. Staff should be ashamed.

Nope I'm done. You ignore the people at the counter. If I go through the drive through, yall never add my splenda. I just had to go in to add my own for the second day in a row. I'll pay the extra at Starbucks. At least they're competent.

I use to come to dunkin' almost every day for my coffee, but since moving to aztec, I don't get to go as much, so of course I'm seeing a lot of new faces. 1 is the girl at the window. Man, she's so rude. Always always rude.

Donuts are good but coffee gets diluted with milk.
The woman at the window was extremely rude. I asked, “may I get my receipt” and she rudely said, “isn’t that what I gave you with the napkins” then she slammed the window. I waited for her to open the window so I could ask for the GM’s name. She said the GM’s name is Owen; Owen you need to retrain this employee on how to engage with guests.

Went in and got 10 dozen donuts, there seemed to be a rush happening. They were quick, polite, efficient and the place was clean!
I recently went through the drive up. I challenged the team to make a specialized Cappuccino. One simple quad shot, vanilla, dry Cappuccino hot. Never cold. As I pulled up to widow. The woman Barista spoke: “We typically don’t make dry cappuccino’s. I was the only one that knows how to make it.””so I took the liberty of I make it.” I thanked her so greatly and I drank this wonderful cappuccino the way I like it. Thanks to you lady I give you two thumbs up for such an awesome Cappuccino. The best one yet. 👍👍 right here in Farmington NM
