I wanted to give Firehouse the benefit of the doubt, so I didn't give a bad review the first two times they got my simple order wrong. However after my last visit, and the order being wrong again, I have to say I won't be back. My order was simply a Pastrami sandwich with NO cheese, and every time they put cheese on it, which hardens to plastic ruining the Pastrami which is now stuck to it. Sad...

The last 4 times I’ve been there my bread is soggy! Not very appetizing. Sandwiches would be the best in town, but the soggy bread is disgusting. I end up eating maybe half of my sub for hen throw it out.

It was an okay dinner, something different had the large combo hero, but the two things tat threw it off was the chocolate chip cookie it had a perfume or soap taste which i had later in the evenin, an the cheeto chip which was stale like it's was sitting on the dhelf for

I have worked for firehouse subs before in Colorado, and even made it to management.Today I did place a pick up order which came out perfect but David from there hung up on me before I could add my add ons chopped cucumbers, olives, and pickles I had to call back.Respectfully, firehouse subs need to get someone on the POS who answers friendly on the phone.
