Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’d love to give you 5 stars but was just told the the manager will not allow the kids meal to add veggies like lettuce and tomatoes. Do you think that is the right thing to do with our obesity epidemic? As a pediatric nurse practitioner caring for many obese children fighting our horrible diets, I’d say no.

A girl last night at about 9:30 pm with only 2 people in line I watched her not give a guy his sauce which he waited 10 minutes for her to even open the window back up for him which made me and my boyfriend take forever to get our food then we kindly asked her for 2 extra sauces she tried closing the window on us and then proceeded the roll her eyes at us and give a dirty look when we kindly asked again then tried throwing our sauces at us

Order a patty melt with tots. Was delicious 😋 Everytime I order the patty melt never a failure. I'm happy they serve tots now. Every order I get tots or even chili cheese tots. The restaurant was cleaned.!!

I ordered food tonight and I was tired had a long day at work so I thought take out I went to a Freddie's and ordered after the order the girl sounded irritated so I ordered the jalapeno burger meal and a chicken strip meal so after I pull up to the window after the exchange both of us were polite by saying have a good night but her look looked grim but I shruged it off but till I got home unpacking the food I noticed a crumpled paper at the bottom I picked it up and looked at it and guess what it was my receipt my receipt was crumpled and thrown on the bag

usually gets 5 stars from me but the change in the hamburger buns was extremely noticeable ,leaving the presentation less appealing and was completely soggy. hopefully this is not normal.

Food is good. Every time I order Freddy’s on DoorDash I always ask for spicy fry sauce AND THEY MEVER GIVE ME SPICY FRY SAUCE. Just the normal fry sauce that I don’t care for.

They were busy when I stopped in on Saturday. I got order to go. When I arrived home I saw that they didn't put a bun on my burger ? I called them and they offered a comp card. When I went to pick it up hours later I went inside and waited 10-15 minutes just for one of the girls to acknowledge me. I had to ask if I could get some service. Really wanted to come here more often but I don't think I will.
