Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I liked the patty melt quite a bit. Not crazy about the lemon custard drink but decent, kids will definitely drink it!👌 I was a bit frustrated when they forgot our shakes and then we ultimately didn't receive the Pepsi we paid for. Nice lady at the drive threw window.

Took 37 minutes- Used the drive thru- was blocked in. No warning about “a long wait”…. Also- when I first pulled up to the drive-thru I was asked to wait, which is perfectly understandable. A truck pulled up to the drive-thru next to the one I was in and was instantly helped and asked to pull forward to pay. Food was cold. total waste of time and money.

The food is very good. 3 stars only for atmosphere because the air conditioning was working overtime. My fries were stone cold after only eating half of them.

My husband and I had never been in this restaurant. A great place, well lit. The food and the staff are wonderful. We were greatly surprised at the size of the Kids Meal, perfect for the senior person also. We will be coming back

Lol we had the flattest patty, pickles, and onions. Even tho we asked for no onions . . . ?? Do they not believe in lettus and tomatoes ?? Or an actual burger ?? Lol

Freddy double burger is really good and the fries are delicious worth the price. Worth coming back.

Customer service is non existent.

I’d love to give you 5 stars but was just told the the manager will not allow the kids meal to add veggies like lettuce and tomatoes. Do you think that is the right thing to do with our obesity epidemic? As a pediatric nurse practitioner caring for many obese children fighting our horrible diets, I’d say no.

A girl last night at about 9:30 pm with only 2 people in line I watched her not give a guy his sauce which he waited 10 minutes for her to even open the window back up for him which made me and my boyfriend take forever to get our food then we kindly asked her for 2 extra sauces she tried closing the window on us and then proceeded the roll her eyes at us and give a dirty look when we kindly asked again then tried throwing our sauces at us
