If I could leave a ZERO I would, in two years I’ve only been here twice and both times was very unsatisfying. First time they kept missing up on my sub because the employees were joking around, not paying attention. I wait a year go back and the store was dirty. Third and final time I order a sub online, I was informed by the door dasher that they were out of bread. A sandwich store! I called for a refund the employee said they can’t because it was through DoorDash. I tried getting a refund through DoorDash they said the store made the order so they can’t refund me, even through the store was out of bread and no order was made or delivered. After going back and forth, I finally got my refund from DoorDash.

Ordered a take out at Jimmy Johns in Farmington NM today. Mac helped work me through the order. I ordered the ultimate Italian at another location and wanted a different Italian today. Mac explained the difference and helped me decide on the #8 Italian Club. They prepared it as i asked and everybody was very friendly and provided very fast service. The sandwich was excellent.

The service is great. The resturant was clean. However I expect more than one piece of roast beef on my big John sandwich. It did have 3 pieces of cheese and a pinch of lettuce. We were not impressed.

For my 1st time eating at this place, not impressed. I ordered wheat and got 2 pieces of wheat bread for 13.00. At least subway has wheat rolls. Will not eat here again
I ordered my sandwich from the app today and I'm pretty disappointed...even pre tipped 25% on my order. I requested my sandwich cut in half which didn't happen. I received notice that my food was out for delivery at 12:36 pm and it didn't arrive until 1:15. The bread was hard and it felt like the sandwich was refrigerated. My office is less than a mile away and approximately a 5 minute drive.

good sandwiches, but delivery taking over an hour to drive less than 10 minutes down the road is realllllly inconvenient. i only have so long for lunch breaks and the unreliable delivery times can ruin a day.
