The service is great. The resturant was clean. However I expect more than one piece of roast beef on my big John sandwich. It did have 3 pieces of cheese and a pinch of lettuce. We were not impressed.

For my 1st time eating at this place, not impressed. I ordered wheat and got 2 pieces of wheat bread for 13.00. At least subway has wheat rolls. Will not eat here again

I ordered my sandwich from the app today and I'm pretty disappointed...even pre tipped 25% on my order. I requested my sandwich cut in half which didn't happen. I received notice that my food was out for delivery at 12:36 pm and it didn't arrive until 1:15. The bread was hard and it felt like the sandwich was refrigerated. My office is less than a mile away and approximately a 5 minute drive.

Asked for an unwhich. The lady behind the counter asked me 8 or 16 inch? I'll have the 16". She's stumped, confused, and can't complete the order on her register. I ordered the the Italian Night club... extra meat, extra pep. She had no idea what I was saying. Had to explain that to her...... no worries. She was still lost at the register. Her work- mate made eyes at me, ( let me explain). She looked at me and rolled her eyes at me; explaining that the unwhich isn't available in 16". OK. Two eights right? Nope. Two individual eights at $12+ each ensuring I'll NEVER go to Jimmy Johns again. In Virginia, Florida, and Vegas; Jimmy Johns took pride in two things. It's in your slogan.... "good food real fast". This place ruined it for me. She slapped the two lettuce wrapps on the counter and said, "there ya go". REALLY? You don't even want to put them in a bag. I asked, "can I get a bag?" She replied by slapping a bag open and laying it next to the two sandwiches; there ya go.... again. REALLY....Jimmy Johns would lose their minds if they knew people were treating customers that way. Sad to see something drift so far away from what they started with. Got a Jimmy Johns delivered 3rd to last night I was in Vegas. Was eating faster and better; (extra meat, extra pep) means something in other places apparently.
