Takeaway Extremely bad service. Went there a few times as we don't have KFC where we live at so we come down to Farmington. Years ago, we went through the drive thru and were ignored and eventually got a snarky lady, then the last time we went there, we did an online order and they forgot to give us our chicken sandwich so we went back to get it and when my daughter took a bite, it turns out that someone spat inside it, and it was too late to go back to KFC as we were on our way home. I'm pretty sure it's the same lady too, she needs to be fired. Will never be coming back and I suggest nobody go to this KFC unless you want someone to spit on your kid's sandwich. Do better Farmington.

Went to this store yesterday, ordered the 12 piece original bucket. There was a young man to right of entrance coughing wiping his nose over the grill. Came home and ate 4 pieces fed one to my dog. I’ve now been on commode for two days now with diarrhea. I haven’t eaten a KFC for awhile, thought I would treat myself, what a treat stomach cramps and sitting on the commode.
Was told at the drive up that they didn't have pot pies so I ordered a 8 piece bucket. The lady said all they had was dark meat, this is at 5:30 pm. You know dinner time! I asked why they did t have chicken since all they sell is chicken, a male voice comes over the intercom and says " all we have is dark meat" so I asked is there would be a discounts since I would only get legs and thighs and he said " we only have dark meat, no discount take it or leave it" I hope an owner see this because if I owned this place this kind of attitude would put you straight out the door. These employees don't give two craps about the people who pay them, they think it's the owner but it's really the customers. We bought our $50 meal somewhere else and will never visit this store again.

It's been forever since I've eaten out and was really surprised about today's prices. Shinikka was working at the time and went above and beyond making sure I was leaving happy. Super happy with my visit here, would definitely recommend.

Restroom is filty. Nearly all tables in establishment are dirty. Staff was not friendly. The counter near the drink station is filty dirty. I'm going to call management and ask them to clean their indoor facilities.
