Went to this store yesterday, ordered the 12 piece original bucket. There was a young man to right of entrance coughing wiping his nose over the grill. Came home and ate 4 pieces fed one to my dog. I’ve now been on commode for two days now with diarrhea. I haven’t eaten a KFC for awhile, thought I would treat myself, what a treat stomach cramps and sitting on the commode.

Was told at the drive up that they didn't have pot pies so I ordered a 8 piece bucket. The lady said all they had was dark meat, this is at 5:30 pm. You know dinner time! I asked why they did t have chicken since all they sell is chicken, a male voice comes over the intercom and says " all we have is dark meat" so I asked is there would be a discounts since I would only get legs and thighs and he said " we only have dark meat, no discount take it or leave it" I hope an owner see this because if I owned this place this kind of attitude would put you straight out the door. These employees don't give two craps about the people who pay them, they think it's the owner but it's really the customers. We bought our $50 meal somewhere else and will never visit this store again.

It's been forever since I've eaten out and was really surprised about today's prices. Shinikka was working at the time and went above and beyond making sure I was leaving happy. Super happy with my visit here, would definitely recommend.

Restroom is filty. Nearly all tables in establishment are dirty. Staff was not friendly. The counter near the drink station is filty dirty. I'm going to call management and ask them to clean their indoor facilities.

Didn't get to eat here. Lobby is closed due to short staffing. You'll also notice that they have no mention of this anywhere on their listing here. My friend and I wanted to go eat there for lunch and couldn't be bothered to go to drive-thru because we brought separate cars. Sad. You'd think corporate would be on top of this, but nah. I believe this is part of the process where the next step is to close down the stores that can't be maintained very well , and then closure of the company due to increasing costs

Just stopped by after traveling for 4 hours and wanted chicken for dinner. We went through the drive thru. We placed our order and took it to the motel to eat. Our chicken was just ok. It wasn't hot or cold but seemed to not be fresh. The mashed potatoes were very bland. Lacked flavor. The Mac and cheese was cold w no flavor. Biscuits were hard. We wanted the hot sauce that u can get for the chicken but was told it got discontinued at all KFC establishments....ummm we get chicken here at KFC in Colorado and they still have the hot sauce packets here. 🤷🏼♀️

Ordered food with all the sides on the app, when we picked up the order it came with 4 fries. Asked the lady what happened because this was not my order and she just kept telling me it's 4 fries. Started getting snarky in front of other customers. Embarrassing...for them. Food was decent but the service was absolute crap.
We asked for Original recipe for our chicken and we got what looked like EXTRA CRISPY chicken. Chicken was hard and dry like it had been refried. We tried asking for fresh chicken but they said it was fresh. Definitely won't be stopping here again.

In Farmington this is the worst location for KFC, the Lobby is usually closed, the staff is rude and not friendly, they answer the drive thru speaker in weird demonic voices after you wait like 5 minutes for them to even answer, this place is a joke, I do not understand how corporate does not come in and clean house with these people. They do not have their business in order, they run out of food and have long waiting times, but the biggest disgrace is their customer service the workers just don't care about how they treat their customers, they don't take pride in their jobs or their work.

Firstly, when we drive up we had to say, “hello” about four times before someone acknowledged us. Then when we got out mashed potato bowl there was no spork ( spoon) included to eat my food. My husbands spicy chicken sandwich was drenched in the sauce. We had to wipe it off with a napkin before he could eat it. This is horrible.
