The drive-thru takes forever. (By the way, it's Saturday night, and it's only 9 p.m. And it was an app order my order was ready long ago It's common sense!! I asked to pick it up at the lobby, but they said no!! What?! I have waited about 20 minutes for the online order. Dang!!

Yeah its a no for me.... they may be shortstaffed im not sure the reason but... 20-25 bucks.. Ordered a 3 piece chicken got a drumstick and 2 tenders and a sandwhich with hair. I also got a biscuit that looked like someone manhandled the heck outta of. But the mac n cheese was good. 🤷🏽

I am totally ashamed of KFC, advertising a free bucket of chicken as long as you spend 15.00 on other items. Then they sell you sides that are half the size as original sides for
the same price of the regular sides. They should be ashamed of themselves. It will be a long time before buying from KFC again.

This place sucks! I went a couple months ago drive thru for a quick lunch they had me park and wait forever. Again just now! Mayo caked all over!
Really glad things were made right but we were missing gravy and my Mac was really old. You can see the difference from my original one and the replacement

Pretty slow for the dinner rush, there looked to be only 2-3 employees working. Between 7-8pm I visited. But it turned out good, and the food was still hot when I got home.
