I got the Tuesday 8 pieces deal , i was not bad , but i expected more the chicken didn’t taste so fresh and the pieces were little, i might come back but not ordering the same bucket again for sure

No inside dining. Order kiosk out of order. Male order taker at the window said they didn't have what I wanted, wiping his nose with the back of his hand as he talked. I LEFT....NO THANKS?

They were out of certain pieces of chicken, I asked for wings to be replaced with legs or whatever. They agreed. We waited for it for 40 min and it was bc they didn't have any made. Then the biscuits were hard and cool. The buckets had wings which specifically I said I didn't want. No plates or eating devices or napkins. They should take pride in their job

Everytime I order a Chicken Fried Steak meal from this location my coleslaw is splattered all over the mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak. It would be nice to taste the mashed potatoes and gravy and chicken fried without the taste of steak coleslaw or get a biscuit that hasn’t been soaked in the coleslaw. Suggestion; try NOT shake the box of food up before giving it to the customers or drain the coleslaw a tad bit so it’s not all over please and thank you. I don’t have this problem with the other location but the other location is not as convenient for me
