Everytime I order a Chicken Fried Steak meal from this location my coleslaw is splattered all over the mashed potatoes and chicken fried steak. It would be nice to taste the mashed potatoes and gravy and chicken fried without the taste of steak coleslaw or get a biscuit that hasn’t been soaked in the coleslaw. Suggestion; try NOT shake the box of food up before giving it to the customers or drain the coleslaw a tad bit so it’s not all over please and thank you. I don’t have this problem with the other location but the other location is not as convenient for me

Waiting for order. Has been over 15 minutes. Chicken cold after they had to walk food out because they had us drive up and wait at end of building. No one was in drive thru after us. Maybe they like walking outside??

Got a bucket of chicken, took it home and it was dried out and tough! Went back they said they would try replace all couple of pieces returned home and this "just cooked" chicken was tough as a boot. Very very disappointed! It cost so much too! We'll never goe back to this location.

Made me wait for fresh tenders and I got tenders like cardboard. On top they are giving me attitude saying I got this right after came out of the fryer and I’m lying. And it’s not just about money that I spend, KFC just ruins people’s lunch and dinners.
