My wife and I have been going to Los I have been going to Los Hermanitos for decades. Unfortunately the service has gone way downhill. They no longer greet you at the door. Waitresses ignore you when you’re waiting to be seated. Tables are often dirty. Sad. The owner needs to get back to the old days!
CallEd in an order and the order taker. Didn't get the order right and the food was burnt. And we didn't want Smuthered burritos. And when we call back to talk to a manager, there's no manager there. I will never be doing business with them again
Is it owned by the same folks ?why is staff so snotty?who is the front of house manager ? why has this gem gone to hell?
