husband ordered food without bread, they assembled food with the bread. went to back to get it corrected, they still got it wrong. hashbrown was undercooked. it's missing an ingredient even. if you're going to fix it, actually fix it. don't create another problem. train your staff better and if it's not the staff then fire and train a new manager who knows what they're doing to make sure staff get it right the first time and if not at least make sure they get it right the SECOND...read full review
Customer service is horrible! I ask for green chili to be added to my burger and I got extra onions! No green chili! Also asked for ketchup and the girl told me it’s in the bag! I looked and told there was no ketchup! She then got an attitude with me!!! So when I walked back to ask for ketchup she just stood there looking at me like I kicked her kid. 50% of the time I get incorrect food and drink items and I cannot do this anymore. I was the one that brought my breakfast back because the tea wasn't right. I even asked if it was unsweet and was told "yes". I know it seems trivial but I just can't anymore. Didn't even ask for a refund. Just won't support you as a customer.

McDonald's is a restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere and hot, fresh food. They offer a kids play area and have been known to provide discounts for military personnel. This location is considered one of the fastest in San Juan County, consistently delivering fresh and tasty meals. However, there have been some issues with staff training and attentiveness. Customers have experienced problems with online ordering and curbside pick-up, often facing delays and missing orders. There have also been instances where staff did not properly assemble orders or failed to prepare food to specific dietary needs. Management is encouraged to improve their training to ensure orders are prepared correctly the first time. Overall, while the food quality and customer service are generally good, improvements in order accuracy and efficiency are needed.
