They left the paper on burger patty and then put cheese on. Luckily I saw it before eating. Very disappointed.

I live near this one and I always have to drive across town because the burgers are slanted when you unwrap them as if they were just thrown together and you always have to re-stack them. Its March I love the Shamrock shake. But it just seems that they just can't make this one ever at this location. Gone there about 4 times. Different times of day and they never have it. The ice cream isn't working. But if you drive across town to another one ask em when they start serving. Its open to close . This location im guessing is ran by poor management allowing lazy working methods. I hope to see improvement in the future. Sad

I have a cheese allergy. I asked 3 times to make sure there wasn't gonna be cheese on my burger. Drove off and to my surprise it had cheese. I just threw it in the trash.

Absolutely terrible experience time and time again with evening crew. Terrible attitude and not a care for any requests on food items. It seems like they charge them to give out ketchup. Garbage location at night

Went for dinner after a long work day.. went in drive thru . Wasn't busy no one waiting in drive thru. Ordered food.. got a double fish burger. Ordered a double and pick ticket says double fish burger as well as receipt. Got home to eat and it was just a regular fish burger.. they got the no cheese part right but the rest was wrong.. Should have just made a cold sandwich at home for dinner .. wouldn't have been as frustrating. Take out is super expensive and is not a regular occurrence for us. A serious waste of $6.24 for just the fish burger. Dont understand how order could be wrong when the restaurant was not busy. The employees were friendly but the food was wrong 15 bucks for a meal! No drinks or combo. Just sandwich, chicken nuggets and side of fries. It's a shame that you can't get correctly ordered food I couldn't get the pics I took to upload.. just yet another reminder to be safe, save your money and eat at home.

This place always seems to have some sort of issue. I've tried ordering a two for $5 breakfast deal that was advertised on the windows and they charged me full price. Called them out on it and of course the employees don't wanna hear about it and can't do anything to change it, understandably. Pretty much the same thing happened to some guy this week. I was giggling because I know exactly how he feels. Next thing I know it's 20 minutes later, I'm getting impatient and they completely forgot my order haha. Quite entertaining to see a business operate under such poor management.

This place claimed to be open during Christmas Day and the app order went thru. But no one is here and sat for almost a half hour until realizing that their info was wrong. UPDATE your times so people aren’t ordering food on the app, pay for their food, and then can’t even get the food they paid for! Spent 30 bucks and now gotta go thru the headache of a refund thru the app

Every time I order fries from here they are never up to satisfaction they are not crispy the fries are white and flimsy and undercooked and when I order a large soda it's two fingers to the rim filled and I asked them to fill it to the rim and they give it back still not full. So it causes a nuisance when I have to give it back the third time or second time to ask them to fill it up to the top.... I understood fast food is fast food but it shouldn't be made very undercooked or a half-done...
