Make sure when you are in the drive thru that you ask for your bbq sauce even tho it’s on the damn receipt. Incompetent people can’t read the orders.

Manager with a heavy accent was very rude to me and the lady running the register she made a mistake and the manager was being very rude to her and scolding her in front of a line of customers people make mistakes the lady running the register was very nice she apologized to me for her mistake and said she was sorry she was new and still learning everything on the register that manager needs to be nicer to your employees

none of the Bronson family McDonald's are ever clean, Farmington or Durango, so this one was pretty average in terms of no clean tables, food was fast, but I think they had the heater on instead of the AC in the lobby
