Well, for starters we waited 1 hr to get our food. But, it was prom night.Once we got our food, mine was very good, but steak was very tough. He ordered a pricey known to be tender cut.We wont be returning.The waitress was very good and kept apologizing for the long wait.

We come in and we ask for jourdan everytime! For a good reason too I’ve never been anywhere and had a server anywhere near as fun and energetic as he is! He also never keeps us waiting for anything always a great experience when he is there!!!
I like eating here it is delicious. The staff and the appetizers are just as good. HOWEVER, the past few times I've got food from this place the steak has been SEVEARLY undercooked. I ordered a medium cooked ribeye, but each time I got it blue or rare.

Food is good and the atmosphere is good but when it comes through the pick up, my wife and I love to order food here. But now 90% of the time when we order food here I stay in my car 30 to 40 minutes and there is no server in site. No one is bringing the food out I usually now have to get the food which I find that poor customer service not only that we get home and there will be half of my order missing. Yea no more here getting sick and tired of the workers not doing there job and not getting my whole food that I order for my family

My goodnesss, the food was very mid, the atmosphere was not preferable, but very FarmingtonEsque, if you know what I mean. The only thing that made the night special was my server Caleb, he was so kind and his smile warmed me and my families hearts. He told the best joke and even helped my baby brother when he fell out of his high chair. He gave me Lemonade after lemonade and never sighed or complained, was just happy to be in the service of my family. I would love to go back just to see Caleb. He is truly the best, deserves a raise!

Delicious and fun!!! The food was soooo good and our waiter Jourdan was so polite and entertaining. He was so happy, like he really enjoyed being there and that made me really comfortable. He kept our drinks topped off and always stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.Highly recommend outback and definitely ask for Jourdan if that's possible. I wanted to take him home in my pocket but the young man is over 6tt tall ?
