My fiancée and I ordered two plates, and he chose the orange chicken. While eating, we discovered a hair that was actually cooked into the breading of his food. This is not only unacceptable, but also extremely concerning from a food-safety standpoint.

On top of that, we came in only about an hour after opening, so we expected the food to be fresh. Instead, everything was very dry and tasted like it had been sitting out since the day before. We’ve eaten here many times before, but this experience was disappointing and raises serious concerns about cleanliness, proper food handling, and overall quality control at this location.

It says very specifically that if you do not receive a receipt with your order, that you get the order for free.

Not only was this not honored by the manager after I brought it up, they input the wrong amount into the computer and the receipt they tried to give me wasn’t even mine. I paid cash 11.00 and the receipt was for 12.07

These people are most definitely stealing from the store, as well as they have absolutely no clue how to have decency or customer service.

This was at 4:45PM on 10/2/25

I am currently on hold with corporate. Hopefully this manager can explain all the missing food

used to be good but went downhill fast. old undercooked broccoli and over cooked rangoons all the cream cheese fell out... how can they be ok serving this to someone. 9/10 times food is made poorly i just stopped going all together. very sad. management needs to do better.

The Farmington branch is worse than ever, I would not waste your money. The food quality is not the best and they don’t even give you your moneys worth. The containers are always half empty.

They are slow and rude! Right now their lobby is closed so if you call in ahead or order from an app you are going to be forced to wait in the drive through and then when you get to the window they might make you wait even longer because they do not have what you ordered! Expect at least a 20 minute wait! Supposedly the lobby is closed down but there were three employees sitting at tables inside the lobby during lunch hour!

I came in 2 hours before they close lobby but lobby was closed anyways. I ordered it thru DoorDash but they didn’t give me all the items I payed for either. Idk but it’s not it recently .
