Delivery driver Isaiah, was lost for a whole hour! Driving around in circles and 2700 to 2900 St here n Farmington NM. When it clearly states my address. Trying to explain to Isaiah where to go, he just hangs up on me! Never had this type of experience from papa John's delivery driver here in Farmington NM ever! And we are hungry. What shld have been done? Please tell me, because I talk to the manager and he is going to remake the order and send a different delivery driver.

So far when I ordered and picked up "ASAP" according to the app, the food has always been hot and fresh. The last time I ordered and set my pickup time for an hour from when I placed it. Went ahead for pickup at the time I "wanted" it to pick it up, I get there and my pizza seemed warm like it had been sitting under the heater for a good while. Didn't taste as fresh like I ate there a few times before. I hope it wasn't made too early and left there under the heater for like half an hour or so if not longer. Hopefully this isn't the normal and I get to experience the hot and fresh food the last few times I have eaten here.
Ordered pizza online have a time frame of when pizza be ready. I called papa John and a lady answered the, she tills your order won’t be ready until 30 minutes. This is already hour and half. No apologies, she told me they are busy, I asked for a discount, she said No.

I planned on tipping the driver cash so that he would receive all the money but papa John's added a tip on top of the 4.99$ delivery fee. The driver was very nice and polite

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza from Papa John's and I was very satisfied with the service and the food. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and very delicious. I enjoyed every bite and I would definitely order from them again. Papa John's is one of the best pizza places in town.
