So far when I ordered and picked up "ASAP" according to the app, the food has always been hot and fresh. The last time I ordered and set my pickup time for an hour from when I placed it. Went ahead for pickup at the time I "wanted" it to pick it up, I get there and my pizza seemed warm like it had been sitting under the heater for a good while. Didn't taste as fresh like I ate there a few times before. I hope it wasn't made too early and left there...
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza from Papa John's and I was very satisfied with the service and the food. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and very delicious. I enjoyed every bite and I would definitely order from them again. Papa John's is one of the best pizza places in town.
I received an order that I did not place online. I called papa johns and the gentlemen repeated what he had saw on their end of the order and I told him that it was incorrect that they had forgotten the pizza and just sent a big box of breadsticks with other items such as wings that I did order.
