So disappointed. Not only does not taste like authentic Thai food, doesn’t even taste like good Asian food! Plus it’s out of a food truck, and it’s VERY expensive for the food. Never again. Don’t make my mistake.

I had the pleasure of trying pats thai at the county fair this year! not only did I enjoy a delicious mango sticky rice that blew past my expectations but the friendliness and service was phenomenal!

Just came all the way from Texas and I absolutely adore THAI CUISINE.... My daughter is a local here and she raved about this charming food truck. As a fellow food truck owner, I always make sure to support small businesses..... This delightful Thai food truck serves up dishes made fresh to order. I tried the Pad Ke Mow and it was truly outstanding, one of the best I've ever tasted.... You simply must give it a try!!!! .... The lady running the truck is incredibly warm and welcoming.

These guys don't know what Thai food is. Don't bother. You want chow mein? AToo bad, you're gonna get cold ramen. Absolute trash! Imagine all the hours you work just to order DoorDash and you get trash...don't do it!

Also egg rolls were mushy inside a crisp shell. Gross, who wants a crunchy diaper? Very disappointed. You can't expect people to pay 70 to $100 for a meal it, especially around a holiday and serve trash.

They offered refund, but I'd rather leave a warning review. If you see a good review, know it's bc they refunded $ to people that told the truth

Yes, it’s in a gas station, but don’t let that deter you. It’s delicious and quite reasonably priced.

This is our new favorite Thai place! Love that they offer several types of fresh rolls and have amazing peanut sauce. Their pad Thai is the best we’ve had in town. Ingredients are fresh and dishes are flavorful and not covered in a ton of sickly sweet sauce like at other Thai places in Farmington and Aztec. The only thing that could’ve made the food better is some Thai basil, but I know that can be difficult to get around here.

For those who’ve never been, it’s not located in a food truck as some pictures show. It’s actually inside the gas station. Call ahead to do a pick up order.

Good was great! Way better than Boon's. We had red mountain and orange chicken. We will definitely be coming back.

This place is in a Chevron station which is a little weird but the food we ordered was excellent! We had the red curry with pork and the avocado spring rolls. The curry was a bit skimpy on the pork but very flavorful and lots of eggplant. The rolls were very fresh and crunchy- really great with two delicious dipping sauces.

My husband and I eat Thai food in every town we visit and this place is the most delicious and authentic Thai food we have the pleasure of eating thus far. Amazing prices and although located inside a gas station, everyone was super friendly and the store was clean. We will be coming back. Again and again.

Vegetarian options: They offer most dishes with a different protein option including steamed or fried tofu. The fried tofu is cooked to perfection (not chewy) and the steamed tofu was a delightful option for those of us who don’t want deep fried food.

Just got take out for lunch. Tiny place in the back of a busy gas station, so there’s your ambiance. Some of my favorite restaurants sell gasoline, so I’m good.

Green curry was excellent, and had a good spicy bite to it. Pad Thai was very good, though the sauce was a little sweet for my taste. A couple of tubs of their spicy chile paste took care of that 😃 The noodles were very well-presented in their styrofoam container and the tofu was freshly deep fried and delicious.

We’ll go back soon.
