The pizza was so good. Loved the crust. Richard was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. Its rare to meet a waiter as friendly and service oriented. We would definitely come back. The atmosphere was OK and a little chilly but it was well worth the visit.

Second thing; please teach your employee Shawntee what it means to address a customer who has a complaint in a professional manner. Please!!! The behavior I received tonight was really uncalled for. I got food poisoning four hours after eating the pizza nine pizza. Suggestion: patrons should pay after the food has been prepared. Receiving a tip, I believe, is huge factor in how these foods are prepared for certain individuals. I walked into pizza nine, I placed an order, I waited for the pizza, I picked up the pizza and walked out. Why is it that these workers feel they have to get a tip; otherwise, you get food poisoning? I will never go to this establishment again.
It takes a long time to make a pizza apparently. Tastes good when they are done. More than 3 dollars for a soda is ridiculous.

Right off the bat I knew this was going to be a great place to eat. It smelled AMAZING and we were greeted by Richard who was very helpful and kind during our time there. We got two large pizzas and a Chicago calzone. The pizza was easily the best I've ever had and the Calzone was phenomenal. We left full and very very happy. Definitely going to recommend to friends.
