I ordered a big dinner box, it came in adequate time. While my family and I ate it, we came across a disgusting discovery. There was a clump of hair baked into the cheese of our pepperoni and mushroom pizza. We called the store to rectify the problem but we were told that it was a door dash problem and we had to call door dash to solve the problem. We filed a food safety complaint, so we did but I don't see how it was door dash when the hair was baked into the cheese of the pizza. 🤮🤮🤮

We ordered online. After paying, it said the order would be ready for carry out in 15 minutes. We drive over and wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes, go in to get the order and we're told "it just went in the oven" ok. No big deal. We go back to the car for 10 minutes and go back in. The same girl says " it's gonna be a minute" we sit and wait. And wait. After 30 minutes I go ask what the problem is because it's been almost an hour now. The girl says " oh. I'll go check." Then as she goes around the corner says to a co worker " God I hate people that don't tip" she brings our food out and just flops it on the counter and walks away. When we got home the pizza was cold so it obviously had just been sitting there while we waited. One of the pizzas was messed up, like someone took a bite. I called the store and was told "there ain't no manager at this store" I'm so done with rude punks. Never again pizza hut. There are way better places with better service.

The pizza is great. But the thing I didn't like is my wings didn't have the sauce at all. I got the Buffalo hot traditional wings. And I barely got it at 9:45pm. I wasn't happy with it. I love the wings alot.

What with all the shady-ness . Ordered wings and had no sauce on the wings and now gotta pay for the ranch that suppose to come with it??? To top it, the food was incorrect. If u dont wanna work, DONT WORK! People pay for quality.
Food starts off fairly priced. Never had a $6 delivery fee before today. I live right in front of the walmart by this pizza hut. It would not take 5 minutes going 10 under traffic to reach me with my order. I consistently spend over $35 and decided not to go pick up today because I can’t at the moment. I’m not putting a gallon of gas into somebody’s personal vehicle for a 3 minute drive. Unless you’re driving a racecar. $6 plus $3 for tax’s is crazy. I always pay with cash nd regularly tip over $10 can I get a change for delivery price per distance?? I won’t be ordering from here again if this doesn’t change.

My food was still doughy and I got it around 9pm. Honestly if I'm paying $23 for a large pan pepperoni pizza I expect it to be almost perfect but the pizza didn't even hold a shape and part of the crust wasn't crust it was toppings. Which pissed me off so I'm never going back there again.
