I just ordered from them like 30min ago ordered the flats which is 2 small pizzas my wife got there on time which was 14min this order was to take. Wife got there waited like 20min a said, it seemed like they forgot about her a when she got the pizza the crusts was burnt.

Terrible. I placed my order at 428 pm. It said 11-16 minutes and should be ready. Arrived at 13 minutes and was told another 15 minutes. Went back again and told her another 3-5 minutes. 35 mins for pizza. Then say that when order is placed so I can plan dinner for my family according to the actual time frame. Ridiculous.

Every time I go to Pizza Hut on 20th, they always find a way to mess up my order....then when I complain, they don't want to do what is right and fix it. Just argue with me about the issue. Gets old. I'm going to quit going there.

Called in order at 800pm.. got there at 820 to pick up.. front door was locked and was told to use the drive thru. Was in drive thru for nearly 25mins! worker was horrible when I shared how long we had been waiting. We will not be going back here! I shared I just wanted a refund after this poor customer service, which was denied! I was told to call manager in the morning and that another complaint against her is nothing new!

Ordered online driver said they came but my fiancé was in the living room waiting for a knock and never heard one and we had to go pick up our order even though we ordered delivery( yes we paid the delivery fee cause I didn’t even want to deal with the workers no more) and never got it delivered or even a knock. Won’t be ordering from this location or any again.
I went there because Door Dash said that they would send them 2 pizza insulated carry containers a month and I could probably get one free. I asked the manager and she said yes, do you have a pick up? I said no, It was my first day and I was trying to get pizza orders as well. She said well, hold on- she came back with my first insulated pizza carrier at no cost and then I told her I've done delivery and she said apply and they should need drivers in 2 weeks. Next day my very first pizza delivery was from her restaurant, how ironic I thought 🤔 I don't think she recognized me but I was sure thankful and cancelled my $14 order from Amazon when I got home.

I ordered a big dinner box, it came in adequate time. While my family and I ate it, we came across a disgusting discovery. There was a clump of hair baked into the cheese of our pepperoni and mushroom pizza. We called the store to rectify the problem but we were told that it was a door dash problem and we had to call door dash to solve the problem. We filed a food safety complaint, so we did but I don't see how it was door dash when the hair was baked into the cheese of the pizza. 🤮🤮🤮

We ordered online. After paying, it said the order would be ready for carry out in 15 minutes. We drive over and wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes, go in to get the order and we're told "it just went in the oven" ok. No big deal. We go back to the car for 10 minutes and go back in. The same girl says " it's gonna be a minute" we sit and wait. And wait. After 30 minutes I go ask what the problem is because it's been almost an hour now. The girl says " oh. I'll go check." Then as she goes around the corner says to a co worker " God I hate people that don't tip" she brings our food out and just flops it on the counter and walks away. When we got home the pizza was cold so it obviously had just been sitting there while we waited. One of the pizzas was messed up, like someone took a bite. I called the store and was told "there ain't no manager at this store" I'm so done with rude punks. Never again pizza hut. There are way better places with better service.
