Our server was great! Better than at most other restaurants we have dined in. The bone in wings were her recommendation, crispy and saucy!!! 😋🤤 The fries were just as crispy and flavorful. I didn't have any of the pizza but it was devoured by my husband, toddler, and promptly warmed up by girls in the evening. Delicious.
Long wait. Supposed to be 15 mins. I waited about 30 or longer.

forgot our wings and made the wrong pizza. They remade the pizza but refused a request for buffalo sauce. The attitude from the manager wasnt neccesary.

They charge you 20% gratitude if you have a party of 7 or more. We got there and .y son split his soda and one of the ladies ignored us and mumbled something walking by. We told the next lady who cleaned it up. We shouldn't have to have the gratitude automatically added to the bill and be told "WE HAVE TO pay". We tip on service and how we are treated, not for it to be put on the bill and be told we have to pay it with attitude. ?? we don't normally eat Pizza Hut, it was my Mother-in-laws choice since she was in town, it will most certainly be the last time for us.

Everything went perfectly - from the ordering online to the amount of time it took to make the pizza to the store employee we interacted with and finally with the taste...the New York Pizza was great!!
Kid-friendliness: We had an end of the season basketball party there, and it was absolutely fantastic!! Our waitress, and I believe, manager did an amazing job!!!
