DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!

Ordered online and got the complete wrong order. I ordered boneless wings with frys and a drink aswell as spicy tenders with frys and drinks

We received bone in wings and regular tenders with no frys and no drink, They didn't even send the requested extra sauce that we paid for.

Ordered our food and received it with no issues. Sat down and began eating, the. More people come in and order their food and supposedly they didn’t have enough chicken for their order and out in front of everybody the workers said that they could use the old chicken from the day before. We ended up not finishing our food and left……. DISGUSTED!! 🤢 🤮🤮🤢 as well all the people who were in line waiting to order.
These people should be ashamed and disgusted with themselves!!

I enjoy Popeyes in Albuquerque, NM, so was looking forward to it here. They took our order, my wife and I sat in the dining room for 20 minutes before I finally went back to the counter to see what was taking so long. Part of our meal was sitting on the counter, my wife's sandwich hadn't even been made. One of the cooks looked like he was high, the manager saw me coming up with our ticket in hand and walked the other direction. There was a total of 3 cars in the drive through lane, and 3 other customers sitting it the dining room. They were not especially busy, so there is no excuse for any of these errors. I will not be coming back to this location

My husband ordered #4 leg and thigh meal. I ordered #3 no pickels. Lady asked for here or togo I said here gave her my name. 20 min later no food so my husband went up they had it as a togo order sitting on the counter. Looked at the food and my #3 was not there. They laughed and started making the #3. The coleslaw tasted gross mashed potatoes are my husband favorite and he could not eat them. We will stick to the Popeyes in Albuquerque never coming back to the Farmington one again.

I love Popeyes. When I travel to Arizona I like to stop at theirs before heading home and the food is great. Unfortunately here in farmington I have given them so many chances and each time its a huge disappointment. Soggy, old fries, cold dry chicken and missing menu items are just the norm. Such a waste. I hope the owners get this location turned around before they shut it down.

Raw chicken tender! Will never eat there again

Clean, friendly and the guy helped me save money by picking the right combo for my family. We ended up eating in since it was clean and new looking.

Drive thru order at dinner time. I got the family bundle with 50-50 original and spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was scorched, leathery, dry and so rock hard it cut the roof of my mouth. The order was missing the biscuits too.

Person who took the order was friendly. However, I do not want to order from this location anymore.

Service is terrible i left before getting my order.

I dont frequent fast food places but was here last night. Excellent customer service. Spotless. Food worth waiting for. Good value too.

Shout out to the young lady working hard at both windows. Definitely seemed understaffed, but she got customers' vehicles through in good time.
