They completely did my entire cake wrong not to mention that it was dry and cracked also was supposed to be chocolate and not vanilla I feel like they forgot to do my cake and just threw one toghter they told me they had the design two days before I ordered it then called me last minute and when I asked for them to do red and green since they didn't have it all the sudden they didn't even do that I got a blue and yellow cake and they didn't even put birthday right would not recommend them to anyone my experience was horrible!

I believe that one of the requirements of working at Safeway on the west side is to have ZERO personality and be as rude as possible to customers. I don't go there often, yet each time I go, the cashiers will not acknowledge me with a hello, even though I'm standing right in front of them. The only time they speak is to tell me how much the total is.

Stopped in on my way through town .... great store!! The staff greeting me with warmth and I found everything I need. (The store was well stocked and clean too!)
