I made an order for pick up, didn't get all my items and was still charged for all the items. I called the customer service line and I was told I would get my refund and an additional gift card. I have not received anything. I also upgraded to plus membership and my app still shows me at regular membership.

Terrible customer service! Sydney is rude and has very poor communication skills. Hopefully someone can help guide and teach her how to be respectful to customers.
