They need to update their time. Online it says they're open. We went by the restaurant, and it was closed. Sat in drive thru and no one had the courtesy to tell us "hiii, we don't open until 10am." So, we just took our business elsewhere.

The Greek Salad was bad. I now know where the scraps and the spoiling veggies go... the service was good.

The sandwiches are good but not for the price of them. We also had to repeat our order 4 times and they still didn't get it right. We paid $35 for two sandwiches and were told we don't get a drink or chips with them. You're better off going to Firehouse or Jimmy John's.

These people will either forget things from your order or won't fulfill your order accordingly. For example, they'll barely add any filling in your cookie sandwich or forget it outright. I mean dang, it sucks because if they do it right, it will taste good but unfortunately, it just feels like straight incompetence especially on weekends and week nights. You're better not using the drive-thru at all...

Came here during lunch and some how they lost my order. Had several people after me getting their orders before I had to ask what was going on. I had asked for take-out and they gave me my food to dine in. At this point I just ate and left. They did apologize but this was not a pleasant experience.

I am glad to say! The manager Sofi does care. If you have an issue she will take care of it. I will be back for yummy sandwiches. Thank you!

Highly over priced, not very friendly, but helpful in pointing out the excessive price

We got skipped on our order then we wanted to dine in. Once we received our order it was bagged for take out. We wanted to dine in. Manager Kelly yelled to wait because she was too busy to refund money. Once we waited an hour for refund, no apology whatsoever, I love your food always will but this is unacceptable

Sandwiches are good but DO NOT COME HERE FOR CINNABON!!! Nothing other than the box is reminiscent of Cinnabon. It was dry all the way through even to the center. There was very little cinnamon & very little frosting. Texture was horrible. Will never get a Cinnabon here again no matter how desperate we may be. You’ll probably fait better with baking pillsbury cinnamon rolls at home.

Very poor customer service, long wait time, refusal to provide extra dipping sauce. I will no longer visit this restaurant.
