In my opinion, I feel like the workers could have better energy. When I go there, the energy of the workers seem sad. And that’s probably because they work at smoothie king. When they take orders they seem bored and tired.

Everything I order is always good! I usually order online but I chose to order in store today and service is not friendly, girl refused to speak Spanish because “she hates it” I had to help translate and she had an attitude the whole time.

The options were great and pricing was decent. The chocolate banana peanut butter protein smoothie was delicious! Sadly, management, left 4 uninformed young girls to run the shop for the weekend and none of the had any idea how their rewards program and pricing system worked. 3 different girls came over to try and figure out how to properly ring us up and ended up overcharging us :/

11/4/22 I normally order pineapple spinach with peanut butter the majority of the time it's good this one tonight has no taste anything Ace can even taste the peanut butter they didn't even blend the peanut butter there was chunks and pieces of it in it I was just very disappointed Picked up the 44 oz literally had no taste to it

I came in 2 minutes before closing and didn't feel welcome at all. If you don't want to serve a customer 2 minutes before closing and it's a problem then let it be known. Close your doors and shut your lights off 15 minutes before closing if you don't want a late customer. I could perhaps change this review but it stands until resolved. Also, having 4 employees supposedly working near closing and not willing to help is inexcusable. Go home if you don't like your job. And stay there......I hope management sees this.
