Normally I love it here I use to take friends and family now it feels like an unwelcomed space.

I had an order placed near closing and called ahead saying I was going to be there around closing tome since I was driving from Colorado. The staff said that they would be happy to wait. The staff even saw me pull in and head to the door. One staff hurried and locked me out no conversation or explanation. The staff then hid in the back ignoring me.

Then they all ran to the cars before I could even pull out of the parking lot. Just pure unprofessional and disrespectful.

This was a prepared order with one item BTW.
Hoping the manager will make it right. Ill update this if they do.

What can I say? Sad. I love this chain. I stopped here 3 different times. I'm not from the area. But, was here for work. Very disappointing with the customer service. I love the smoothie from this chain in order places. I guess just not here. The staff were so unfriendly, I felt like I was a problem. If this is how strangers are treated. I thought one time was a mistake everyone has a bad day. Than 2 times. But, the third time. I have warn others. Before careful. Sad.

Walked in and spent 7 min inside employees acted like they had better things to do. Never was spoken at all so i left. I am an out of town worker out of town dollars seems important. But i guess not.

So I've just started coming here and the customer service isn't that professional, the ladies DO NOT greet customers nor do they smile nor are they helpful. Such a shame because maybe they would get more business.

In my opinion, I feel like the workers could have better energy. When I go there, the energy of the workers seem sad. And that’s probably because they work at smoothie king. When they take orders they seem bored and tired.

Everything I order is always good! I usually order online but I chose to order in store today and service is not friendly, girl refused to speak Spanish because “she hates it” I had to help translate and she had an attitude the whole time.

The options were great and pricing was decent. The chocolate banana peanut butter protein smoothie was delicious! Sadly, management, left 4 uninformed young girls to run the shop for the weekend and none of the had any idea how their rewards program and pricing system worked. 3 different girls came over to try and figure out how to properly ring us up and ended up overcharging us :/
