11/4/22 I normally order pineapple spinach with peanut butter the majority of the time it's good this one tonight has no taste anything Ace can even taste the peanut butter they didn't even blend the peanut butter there was chunks and pieces of it in it I was just very disappointed Picked up the 44 oz literally had no taste to it

I came in 2 minutes before closing and didn't feel welcome at all. If you don't want to serve a customer 2 minutes before closing and it's a problem then let it be known. Close your doors and shut your lights off 15 minutes before closing if you don't want a late customer. I could perhaps change this review but it stands until resolved. Also, having 4 employees supposedly working near closing and not willing to help is inexcusable. Go home if you don't like your job. And stay there......I hope management sees this.

Very disappointing experience. Paid $7+ for a smoothie only to have the bottom of the cup fall out after one sip. Had to clean my living room rug, couch, and clothes as the entire smoothie exploded out of the hole in the bottom of the cup. Attempted to contact store to see about getting a replacement or a refund, also so they could check their inventory for more defective cups. Did not receive any response.
First time here. The lady who took our order was very nice and informative. She went thru the menu and helped is decoded what would be best. Another lady was at the register and she made it clear she hated her job to the point where it made us feel uncomfortable. Other than that the smoothie was delicious!

Our experience at the smoothie king in Farmington was by far the worst. We waited inside for over 30 minutes while the smoothie we ordered stayed in the mixer for almost that same time. I honestly do not know what the young ladies method was, but it was near infuriating to sit and watch her leave the already mixed drink in the blender and made zero effort to simply pour it in a cup. Made ZERO sense. We eventually left in frustration without a smoothie! Worst place ever to go to. Would not absolutely recommend.

Well, there was only one worker! I was very surprised that this worker was very collected, calm and still in control! She needs a raise!!

Went for the first time and was so impressed. The smoothies are so good. There are so many different options for vegan, keto, low calorie, and high protein. They are healthy but definitely don't taste healthy. My husband and I both loved our choices. We will definitely be coming here regularly. The staff was great too and super helpful and patient while we tried to figure out what to order. They can configure a smoothie for you the way you would like it and make suggestions to help you have the flavors you love in it. I had the Angel Food smoothies made vegan with Sun Warrior protein. Super impressed.I only wish I could have tipped my smoothie maker on my card since I didn't bring cash. She was so helpful and deserved a tip. Other places I have been to like this place have that option but Smoothie King hasn't figured out how to set it up yet apparently. Hope the management gets a clue and steps up to take good care of their employees and let their customers show their appreciation appropriately.
