We waited over an hour in stall #9. We had to order twice to remind them about us and still never got our order. We even called the cell phone number listed here on good and they never answered. And the place was not busy at all, we watched other people come and go getting their orders.

First off they charge then say food is on its way out never got the food then they said they accidentally cleared the order then after thirty minutes of waiting still nothing so had to get refund. All the while six of them setting in there laughing and not doing much. So I guess they don’t want our business anymore. I will never go back and I been going to this sonic before they moved to this new one. I am very disappointed

I ordered footlong coney. It them 45 minutes to deliver. The hotdog was not fully cooked. It messed up my coney. Tots were 👍🏽 👌🏽 great!!

I'm really frustrated with the customer service. Earlier, I went to pick up my online order in one of the parked stall then it didn't work so I pulled up to the window the employee 9997 OA. Responded rudely saying what do you need? while I was still trying to talk to her about the availability of the lanes. She closes the window as I was still talking then gave me the drinks without saying anything else. They really need to improve their customer service! I did not appreciate that at all!!!!

It seems like there's no management there. Everytime I oreder at this location they always miss something that I get from complete meals to taking 30+ min to get our food is unacceptable for anything. And I'm guessing there will be future comments like these. . . . .

Terrible experience for a refund. I got double charge and they made me run around for a bank statement because cashier/employee didn't provide me with a receipt. When I called to inquire about the refund (gave them my info), the assistant manager and manager argued with me, hung up on me and refused to help me until I provided a bank statement. Smh. I'm left with "someone will reach out to you". I guess this isn't the first time this location is known for bad customer service. Train your management better.

Samatha from this place is a thief, he double charges my card and says she’s short stuffed and she had my receipt with her. I caught her only because I paid with my Apple Card and I was monitoring my phone to see the transaction. She took my card with her. Be careful with transactions from this place. SAMATHA IS A THIEF I SAID IT she said she’s the manager but the receipt says MAKAELA, nevertheless they are thieveeesssss . Be very careful with transactions here, if you are a walk by customer and they take your card be very careful

Does not deserve NO STARs.The food still raw! General management is very cocky with rude attitude! They over charge on there food! All attitude for the person that says there a general management!They start raising there voice on the phone with a Customer, when you simply call with a question?They have NO RESPECT for being a General management.Have to fill in a star in order to post!Mine is a NO STAR

I knew I was in trouble when the guy says. " welcome sonics what you needs" I placed the order then no reason back, no total, just. "K den" as expected . The burgers were cold. The fries were cold and the drinks were only 3/4 full. This was my last sonic trip. I can make a much better meal at home for 1/3 the price with awesome customer service.
