I’ve been coming to this location and experienced rude employees and including the manager and assistant manager. They had me Double Pay on their Drive In signs. Terrible experience for a refund. The employee made me feel like I wasn’t understanding what’s going on with my transactions and double charged me. Also the manager had an attitude with me and my transaction. Unfortunately I’m never coming back to this location and would not recommend. I do notice the difference from another location that never double charge me or have any Employee argue with me.

I asked for a corn dog and a peach cream slush and they give me a burnt corn dog and a regular peach slush which is literally a drink at this point. I said o ordered a peach cream slush and the guy has an attitude. Seriously?! Even the people next to me had issues with their food and the carhop’s were just laughing like children. Very poor service every time, I don’t know why I thought tonight would be any different. Had to throw the corn dog away it was so burnt.

I have been to many places and even worked fast food myself and this morning I came and received the worst customer service I've ever seen. They girl taking my order was so rude you could practically hear her rolling her eyes behind the speaker. She acted like she wanted to be anywhere else than there. She acted annoyed with every word I said. I'll be finding a different location to use from now on. Because that attitude is unacceptable and kinda ruined my morning.

Ordered rt44 lemonade with easy ice , carhop person brought me a large lemonade. I understand mix ups happen. He then brought out the right size drink but it was mainly ice with a splash of lemonade.

Every time I order something from this location, it’s wrong. Last time they forgot to add cookie dough in my blast when I literally paid extra to have that in there. Before that I asked for lime in my drink, nothing. Went again today and they forgot the ranch that I specifically asked for. Didn’t find out till I got home though. Also half of their drive in machines were down which was pretty inconvenient because they weren’t blocked off.
Ordered a simple slush, waited for over 20 minutes for me to be told the slush machine wasn't working. Worst

4/4/23 2000 hrs. \"All we are doing is shakes right now\" I don't want a shake, I want a Blast. Apparently the Blast takes a different kind of ice cream. Never coming to this Sonic again. 3/17/23 Friday night, 2145 hrs. \"We are not selling ice cream tonight\" Sonic is a drive in staple...or was. Not selling ice cream? A year ago, Sat for 7 min. No service. This is the second time this store has left us hanging. It will not happen a 3rd. We will never return!

I went there today around 10:00. The lady was extremely rude and hateful. I asked for a burger without a bun because I have a really bad gluten allergy. I thought maybe she really mad about that. She continued to act that way. She asked me if I wanted the meal or just the sandwich. I asked her very politely to repeat it And she got really mad and yelled it back. She continued with her extremely rudeness and hatful attitude when I picked up my order. Maybe she was having a bad day. But so am I . I had just gotten back from the doctor with extreme pain in my stomach. It’s not hard to kind and respectful to people.I will not be going back to this Sonic until you deal with this rude women. This made me so upset that she was so hateful to me and I didn’t do anything.
