Ordered two milkshakes through DoorDash and they both came watery. It did not taste right. We spilled it out and found a brownish yellowish slime at the bottom of the cup. :/

Just ordered three drinks and they took forever ! And they had a big stink attitude! When we finally got our drinks she just shoved it into our hands and walked off.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. We ordered pickup via the app. A carhop came out and gave us a bag of food, but didn’t include our drinks. He said it was company policy to take all of the food back into the store until our drinks were ready. I’ve never had a restaurant or fast food joint take my food BACK before getting us the items they missed. He did this to at least one other customer; taking a bag of food and then apologizing for bringing it too early and then bringing their food back into the store. He brought our food back again (by this point it was already getting cold) but had forgotten one of our 3 drinks again. So he took the food and our two drinks back into the store AGAIN until the other drink was ready. I’ve never had this happen at any other Sonic. By the time we got our $30 worth of food, the burgers were cold and the drinks were melted. I initially felt bad for the guy, as it looked like it was only him and another worker for the night, but I ended up leaving SO frustrated. It took over 30 minutes to end up getting our food. Asked for a refund and they said they would have to take the food back into order for us to get a refund. I ended up having to call the 800 number, wherein they offered two free burgers and a $10 gift card until I asked for a full refund instead. Such a weird experience. Kind of soured my feelings towards Sonic.

My son and I just went this sonic for breakfast. I ordered 2 chilli cheese coneys and two waters with lime. So I took the time to count out my pennies to give correct change. When the order arrived I informed them that I was missing one of the drinks. They tried to make me pay again for the drink, and I requested that I speak with the manager because I felt like they were making me work for thier mistake. The manager refused to give me the second time Water I ordered, even though I explained to her that you never make the customer pay for your mistake (I work in food service as well). She had a very nice nasty attitude and said thank you and disconnected our communication. Which by the way, if someone ask for a manager, you call them on the radio. You walk your disrespectful self out there and act like you are a real manager. Never have I been so disappointed at any restaurant in life. After all of that I grab the water that I now have to share with my son, and there is no lime in it. Now I'm livid! They need to shut that sonic all the way down, or at least hire new management.

The fries are half inch long and pathetic. The coney dog I ordered was soggy and cold. I live within a few blocks of this restaurant and I'll never eat there again.

fast and fresh and our carhop was on it, she asked if our bag had ketchup before we had to ask! And it had some in the bag! Great job team!

Poor. My husband and I went to dive there tonight we ordered chili tots and waited for an hour straight. No food came out. Some People were getting theirs before us and they didn't order ahead like the Uber eats were. It was stupid that one person was working the whole time and we didn't even get our food. We waited for an hour and after that we left. Never suggesting this Sonic ever they ignore us. This is the second time they've ignored us. Terrible.

Just passing through on a road trip but the service on a Sunday morning was wonderful. We had a multiple drink order and the service was quick, very friendly, and accurate. Thank you!
