The staff is always excellent. I'm picky about not getting watered down lemonade, which happens. They are always ready to fix my order! I'm happy with Sonic!

Literally took 45 minutes to get 2 meals and 2 drinks. They forgot about us for 30 minutes until we pressed the button again and came out with our food 10 minutes later and it was cold.

Ordered #3 Burger.. mayonnaise was so runny made the burger Soggy. Pickles tasted terrible. Not your regular dill. Very thick and bitter. Onions were strong tasting. Very disappointing. Not going back..

I try to give sonic another chance, but once again. They either don't want to do it or they aren't listening to my order i had to send it back and the second time it is still the same way after I sent it back for correction. Don't eat at sonic, stock work any other burger joint.

I like Sonic, but this one was very slow and messed up entire order. Was will to refund or replace. Who has time for that when eating fast food. Was already home when I realized they completely messed my families order.

Showed up to get breakfast at 630, store opens at 6 but no one is here. I went to the drive thru & then to a stall incase they didn't notice me in the drive thru but no one is here. Very disappointing.
The manager was rude to me when I tried to get my pickup GrubHub order which I had to call GrubHub to get my refund because the app said it was too late to get my refund.

I wish my one star had more of an effect than it does. The people here or the manager I should say is extremely rude. We made a GrubHub order and it said it had gone through and they told us there was no history of a GrubHub order. They were rude to us told us that we must be at the wrong location. They even confirmed that the address was right but told us that we were still wrong. One of their employees was more polite than they were and I thought at first that they might be the manager and I could get through with them. But it turned out the manager was the rude one. Needless to say I'm not coming back.

Had to ask for napkins. For a meal . And when we asked for mustard no mayo they still added the mayo. Like come on. Clarify the orders with your customers. Please.
