I wanted to talk to the manager but the manager didn't want to talk to me, so I wanted to apologize to the manager for my own reaction, but she never gave me the time to apologize for the things that I said and the things that I did as well, so for me wanted to talk an adult with maager but being too petty but it's all good though, I end up being the bigger person so I just walked out with no argue.

Can't leave a 0 star or I would! This sonic is absolutely horrible! They like to give value burritos instead of the actual burrito you ordered and say it's right. They skimp on anything you order.they also charge for the cheese and marinara that is supposed to come with the pretzels and cheese sticks. On top of that they'll make you wait 20+ minutes for a few drinks and ice creams that come out melted and drinks watered down! This place definitely needs new management and a good retraining!

The kiosk says Leah is headed your way with your order and im still waiting 5 minutes or more! I understand you’re busy I’ve worked fast food but maybe to get your time score you shouldn’t be lying saying someone is coming your way with your order! I doubt our food will be fresh!!!
We got different drinks this time. The dirty rootbeer was great. We also ordered a strawberry limeade with extra strawberry ..yummy. the ice is always great, too.

I can only grade on the service - since we NEVER got what we ordered. Went there on our way home cause we wanted a little ice cream. After 30 mins of waiting (almost 10 mins just to wait for them to take our order), we finally gave up and asked for a manager. Once he came out, he told us that he had our order ready, but then asked for our full order again, because he didn't even know what we had. I'm waiting to see if they really are going to give me a refund or not, but I don't have hope. Ill never go back here. Worst service in town, don't waste your time.

Refusing to serve food, it is 1136pm, they close at midnight. I arrived at 1130, no one responded when I pulled up. Took 6 minutes for them to respond. That's when they told me they are not serving any more food

The gal at the drive thru window is so nice and professional. I had the chicken sandwich, it was good. Although I hate the butter dill pickles. I prefer regular dill.
