I just went in the lobby and ordered my regular drink. I had asked for. Venti white chocolate mocha with cold foam and Carmel drizzle. I the paid $8and some change. I waited for a about 5 minutes and they call out a name that’s not even the name I have the girl by name butchered but I’m used to that but my drink is a grande not a venti. So I then say something to the girl closest to the counter that it’s not the size I asked for. She proceeded to tell me well that’s what she charged you. So I then go to the register and had to pay for another drink. In total costed me over $16 for just 1 drink that I wanted!! No one offered to fix it and make it right for me. Instead I get charged for another drink and have to leave with a grande drink as the the same as the venti I had to order again. Why cannot we fix this properly. I order the same thing every time I know I said venti. This was NOT MY FAULT!! So why am I having to get punished. That was not handled well at all!!!

The staff are unfriendly, and the last chick at the drive thru gave herself a tip and yet somehow didn’t know how to use the machine.

I have two favorite drinks that I always order and it's even saved as my favorites on my Starbucks app, this was my first time walking into this location and I specifically ordered a certain drink a certain way because the app was down and would not let me order through the app so I had to walk in, I ordered it exactly how do I have it on my favorites and it's specifically said it on the printout sticker on my cup as well however the drink was not as it should have been, I went back in and asked where my matcha cold foam was and the three matcha scoops that I paid for and the two strawberry scoops I paid for the barista said she made it herself and she said she made it exactly how I said to, and I told her well where's the cold foam? I showed her my drink and I said it does not normally look like this and she said well that's what you ordered and walked off 😒 NOT going back to this location again.... Here's the picture, where are my two scoops of strawberries? And I do not see any foam do you?????

Felicia was so rude. How is this woman even in customer service. Had to call my bestie who is a professional manager at a Starbucks to explain how to make my drink which was just an Iced Mocha with toffeenut and caramel drizzle. Apparently this was a extreme request. Starbucks check your people

Starbucks in Farmington, New Mexico on 20th St. the brand new one they just open right next to spud Nut donuts they were very rude. Didn’t even let me explain my drink. She thought I was explaining a drink from Albuquerque coffee shop excuse me, we are in Farmington. I told her hold let me talk so I Can order my drink The whole time I couldn’t even say one word she just went on talking and talking and talking. She was very rude and disrespectful.I went to the drive-through I was at the drive-through for about 10 minutes where there was a bunch of cars behind me. She would not even come to the window so I can talk to her. Then she said Oh I thought you were talking about something else I said no that’s why I said Venti Blondie and you said we don’t carry that ma’am and you were rude ma’am I was not rude at all trying to explain my order it’s about the customers I was never rude. I was trying to explain. she needs , customer service training. If not, she will be the one to lose all the customers very bad service i’ve gone to the other Starbucks never had this bad experience until now at this new one …. Never had an experience since I have been living in Farmington for over 30 some years and until now needs extreme customer service training … I believe she was the assistant manager because I asked for the manager, and she was the assistant manager, the one that I was talking to you that was very rude.

All I ordered was two drinks and one sandwich, I got the two drinks with less than a minute, which is perfect! Very fast, thank you! But then I had to wait 10 more minutes for a sandwich that was sitting there almost the whole 10 minutes. They had it done a minute or two after the drinks were done, and it was just sitting on the counter, along with another guest sandwiches as well. a girl that was very busy but when she had the chance she could’ve checked up on us. She was looking at us the whole time and blatantly ignoring us when we were standing right next to her and then when I point out that our sandwiches are still not with us She says yes she’s getting them right now. When they were sitting there the whole time she could’ve turned around and got them. There was five people working and I get that they were busy but they all had a second to go grab sandwiches and noticed that we were waiting for them.

I usually have no problems at this Starbucks and tend to order the same thing every time. This time I decided to differentiate and order a Starbucks refresher. At the Drive Thru the lady even confirmed I ordered a Starbucks refresher. This is a Grande Latte. Very disappointed.

I came in today and one of the managers named Tosh was very rude to her employee, she had said something along the lines of racism and was being sexist, no manger should ever treat their employees like this in a very public work environment.
