Ordered the new Blueberry lemonade refresh. Had to extra for the red bobas at the bottom. Which there was hardly any! When here had it as a extra charge. Then also ordered a pink drink with cold foam, first time ever they said we hav to extra for cold foam....there was hardly any again! She had to scrap the blender out to get the small amount she blended for the extra cost. I will never order from this Starbucks again. Others out in this world is much better. And for those 2 drink was 18 dollars. Which usually cost us 11 other places as well.

Tried to order a Chai latte and was told it would be a waste if they opened up another one because they were already washing the stuff. Note it says it's open until 7 pm. I came to order at 645 pm. If you're not going to have everything available until 7pm, change the hours.

I went to this Starbucks (inside east Safeway) on Saturday, October 19th at 6:30 pm to grab two drinks but the lady behind the counter had a 'Closed' sign up. I double-checked the website and it says they are open until 7:00 pm. I worked in food and beverage industries for over ten years and I understand closing up 5 to 10 minutes early. BUT 30 MINUTES EARLY, that's ridiculous.

Not sure why the employees have attitudes most of the time. A few years ago before they moved and remodeled, I asked an employee if they have the new drinks during Christmas she just gave me an unprofessional expression and said no? their very late at putting out their new drinks. But Recently I ordered here again the other day when they moved the Starbucks a few feet in the store and the employee wasnât very welcoming, she didnât say âHi, how are you?â This Starbucks is very unwelcoming but I donât blame them since itâs basically in a grocery store.

I just don't understand why they moved the Starbucks that is inside Safeway 30 feet inside Safeway...but still awesome coffee!
