The store was not busy. I walked up to the counter. While the employees were filling some orders, no one acknowledged me during the two minutes I stood there. They were filling new drive up and mobile orders while I stood at the counter and didn't even say that they would take my order. I left. I have been to many Starbucks over the years and have never had experience like that. The employees have always greeted me and have tended to my order as soon as they could. I'll choose another coffee option in the future.

Excellent Starbucks. Walking distance from Fairfield inn. Convenient parking. Clean dining room. Only one homeless vagrant living in the restaurant. Clean bathrooms. Ultra friendly staff.

Such a dissapointment. This used to be the flagship store in the community. My last 3 drinks ordered for pickup, were all wrong. The atmosphere is very chaotic iinside with the 2-3 employees running around, and no one to to look after the in-store customers. Hoping it's just a shortage in employees.

I have worked at this store and when I started it was awesome the environment was good and the coffee we served was about getting the order right and creating custom connections after my first week it was painfully clear thet this location does not care about the product they serve as long as the time it took them to serve it was less then 45 seconds since being fired the store has only gotten worse to the point they can't even take the time to read the order and for the 5th order in a row they sent iced coffee instead of hot coffee I am very disappointed and will only be using the Starbucks on main and Broadway from now on don't waste your money at this location
