Excellent Starbucks. Walking distance from Fairfield inn. Convenient parking. Clean dining room. Only one homeless vagrant living in the restaurant. Clean bathrooms. Ultra friendly staff.

Came to starbucks today, ordered a matcha latte and a vanilla bean. Did not get the best quality. The expresso machine was down, my matcha tea was dark green not really mixed correctly to be tasteful, the vanilla bean was just whip cream. The girl at the counter was nice but may need more training.

the two workers, a male and female were rude. i went in today at 7pm and they were unfriendly from the start. they had a rude a tone with me and told me they had no loaves, but the loaves were RIGHT BEHIND THEM. lol i have no idea why they had an attitude i just ordered one drink and a cake pop? smh if you don’t like to deal with customers get a new job!

Girl with reddish streaks and a black strawberry shirt at Starbucks was so rude when I was ordering and she rolled her eyes with a “ugh” cause I got mixed up with another drink. If you don’t like working with customers then quit and work at an office job. Stop complaining if you don’t like your job.

Does not allow you to scan and pay through your Starbucks reward app. One of the guys that work here is very rude and full of attitude. Dude, if you don’t like your job then find a new one. Don’t take it out on the customer!!! I asked for six pumps of syrup and only got one. Not sure if he wasn’t listening or if he didn’t want to accommodate my request. Either way, his customer service needs to be worked on. Wish I got his name..Alas, I will probably always continue getting my Starbucks here because it is so convenient and a special treat when I go shopping

They want 15.00 an hour but can't make a drink order to save their life. My husband ordered a drink for me and him. His order wasn't correct nor was mine. I ordered a venti and got the small. His sandwich was cold and didn't have on it what it was supposed to. I am so sick of people complaining about not getting more than minimum wage, but wonder why they don't deserve it. Will not be going back ever. Starbucks is a joke.

Went by this morning to try the new Pineapple/passion fruit refresher and it was wonderful! I had mine made with water. Definitely going back to get another one soon. Oh, and the staff was pretty terrific!
