I sent my kids in to get 3 different sandwiches. When they paid cash the person at the register turned around & threw receipt away. My kids know they are to give me the receipt so I went in. I asked for my receipt I saw in the trash but she rang me up a new one. That’s when we discovered they had charged us a $1 for an extra bacon we didn’t have on but one sandwich. I went back in & reported it. The girl didn’t say sorry for the mistake. Just gave a curt “Have a good day.” I’ve been going to this subway for years but will probably start going to one of the other ones. Be sure and check your receipt if you go there.

I will never be going to this subway again. I just want to enjoy a nice meal with my family. I ordered a pick up for two sandwiches. I ordered a chipotle Baja turkey subs toasted and a Black Forest ham sub cold . I ended up with a Baja chipotle chicken sub instead so I called them and they said they would remake it and I was fine with that but when I got home with the new sub and took the it out the bag it wasn’t toasted. Like how fricken hard is it to read a dam ticket! Worse subway in Farmington. Do not eat here!

I'm sorry to say this. I ordered a classic Italian style sub with the fixings. I felt like I was eating air. Staff was friendly but the rules that are put in place by the owner are questionable. The place seems a bit dingy as well. Overall the service was the best part.
When we walked in we were hit with a wall of heat!! It was 80+ outside but way hotter inside. The employees looked miserable but was still friendly and attentive. I ended up taking my over shirt off. I over heard them talking about how hot they are. I asked why it's so hot in there. They said between the proofer and the over and no AC it's bad. In between customer they have to go out side to cool off. I asked why they didn't have AC and they said it's broken, has been all summer and who ever won't get it fixed. One lady said that over the summer it got to be over 100 degrees in there and the boss won't shut down to fix it. How is this leagal? As a customer who spent 20 mins in there, I was miserable. It's inhumane for the workers to have to be in there for hours. My husband said as we were leaving, it would have been better to eat outside in the sun. Would have been cooler. Management and owner do better for your employees and customers.

Young man was rude, had to tell him the order repeatedly. I don't think he knows who pays his wages. I quit going to Subway a long time ago, started going to Firehouse Subs, better food an way better service. Decided to give them a try again, my mistake. Firehouse Subs here we come.

I used to love coming here Sundays after church. I love the employees and the location of it. However, last Sunday we came and the food tasted stale and we saw a cockroach run across the floor and my son squished it. The floors had chips and other food all over. I was surprised and completely caught off guard as it was a part of our Church routine and I've always looked forward to going there.

Young people don't want to work and never greet anyone. They ignore you pretending to be busy with something else. They don't listen to what you ordered and have to keep repeating what you ordered to them. When checking out, have your food thrown to you and "no, thank you's."
