Simple order, place was not crowded at all, and still couldn't get the order right. Decided to do the drive-thru so didn't get to watch them make our order, which was completely wrong, then stayed too far away to turn around to correct it. Word of advice, THOUGH CONVENIENT, its best to watch them build your sandwich cause you could order it just as it's listed, and they'll still get it wrong! And they cry to raise minimum wage and ask for a tip!

Horrible. Constantly acts like they’re closed at 9pm when it clearly says they close at 10pm. They accept online pick up orders and then either make it difficult to pick them up by locking the door or they cancel the order but still take your money and don’t answer the phone. Will never be ordering from this location again.

Very nice employees, no hassle at all, they were short handed this day I showed up for double meat, double cheese, COULD CUTS BABY....
Tell me how I order TWO BLTS hint bacon lettuce and tomato. And get a sandwich with just bacon and take it to my husband across town and they tell me all they can do is have me go back across town and go get the sandwich so they can remake it. Two Native American females obviously have no idea what they’re doing and could use some training. So they can understand the meaning of a blt and not waste my time when their not doing their job right.

And they will not even acknowledge me, lol. I have a sick kid in the car, so I didn't want to go in.. But they all (3 employees) ignore business? I'm sure management wouldn't appreciate that. I sure as heck didn't. Unfortunately I'd avoid this place. ?

I'm sick of this subway shorting me on things so today was the last time I'll eat here. I ordered a foot long steak and cheese with extra cheese and jalapeños. There was no jalapeños and I didn't even get the normal cheese. So I paid for extra cheese and didn't get the normal amount. This is a regular occurrence here and talking to the on duty manager does NOTHING. so I'll take my business to firehouse from now on.
