As right now they have chosen to actively ignore me in the drive thru(10min) while I post this, lol. Parking lot empty. Pull up to the window to see if that thing even worked. And they will not even acknowledge me, lol. I have a sick kid in the car, so I didn't want to go in.. But they all (3 employees) ignore business? I'm sure management wouldn't appreciate that. I sure as heck didn't. Unfortunately I'd avoid this place. ?

I'm sick of this subway shorting me on things so today was the last time I'll eat here. I ordered a foot long steak and cheese with extra cheese and jalapeños. There was no jalapeños and I didn't even get the normal cheese. So I paid for extra cheese and didn't get the normal amount. This is a regular occurrence here and talking to the on duty manager does NOTHING. so I'll take my business to firehouse from now on.

This Subway is always clean and the staff are always friendly! There is never a line and I get my food right away. Their sandwiches are always yummy and all of the topping’s are always fresh. Thanks Subway for always providing a healthy and fresh lunch every time I visit here! This is by far my favorite location.

very very very rude employees who refused to make my sandwich the way i wanted despite me and other customers trying to be polite as possible. didn’t let me make my sandwich a meal. and tried to charge me for three sandwiches and wouldn’t tell me why unless i paid for them.

Only giving a 1 star because they don't have negative options!They did not listen to the instructions being given for the sandwiches. Added huge globe of mayonnaise to a sandwich (none of our sandwiches even had mayo on them). Wouldn't listen to us trying to adjust the way they were ignoring what we wanted on the sandwiches. We're rude and inconsiderate. When I got a huge glob of mayo and called the problem into the store, the young person on the phone was rude and confrontational. Blamed my 17 year old for the errors and even started to tell at me over the phone saying it's not her fault things were messed up because she personally made the sandwiches. Well she made them wrong and then decided to tell at me. Didn't want to give me the manager's name and was just the rudest I have ever been treated by this company. I guess Jimmy John's or firehouse subs will get it business from here on out. Very disappointed with this whole situation.

I went to order dinner and the workers name I believe was Sheen was completely rude to me. She had the worst attitude and when I asked for more lettuce on my sandwich she made a snarky remark. This subway is the worst of all the subways. Maybe if you were nicer then you wouldn’t be short staffed

Went here for an early lunch at around 11am between errands and had been craving Subway since it has been about a year. Seven people ahead of me. Spent quite a bit of time there and one person managed to get checked out. Only two people working. Wasn't a busy crowd and the slow pace certainly showed that. I left since I didn't have the time to wait another 30 or more minutes on top of the 10 I was there. At least the place seemed clean. The only occupied table of two people seemed happy enough.

Please people do not stop and purchase anything from this store...They do not honor online or app purchases for their advertised sales! This has happens twice.Just this evening as an example, I order with the App. Paid for my order. Put in the code FLBOGO to buy one and get one free...Apparently the app is having issues the store manager said???She said the owner says they have to much food loss and she wouldn't help me???Worst service ever! Stay away, go to any other sandwich shop.Subway has poor employees and service...So sad...

Just went there tonight. Ordered a salad, sandwich, cookies, and chips. Paid for 4 cookies and 2 chips and received none after sitting and waiting 10 minutes in an empty drive thru after ordering. When I was handed my bag I went to check to make sure I got everything but was rushed with a very rude “bye” and the window getting closed. Caught me off guard because I was very nice. Sure enough, when I got home half of my order was not there. I’d love my money back because after checking my receipt I did pay for them.
