Clean store, friendly staff. bread seemed to have been sitting for a bit but nothing horrible. And they were out of my favorite cookies. So I got an alternative.

I used to work here workplace environment was super awkward and the girl Tina made me uncomfortable talking about her past, the manager doesn't like to tell you what you need to be doing straight to your face instead will have another worker ask you and when she does tell you she makes it super vauge and idk, also she got upset with me one time when I got called in and came in late which btw she called me in an hour earlier mind you I walked to work everyday in the cold because the mornings are always cold, i would walk 2 miles to work around weirdo stalkers and she got mad I couldn't come in earlier which I also walk my sister and brother in law to school they were 7 and 8 I'm not going to get there always in time because I walk and walk them to school there's that and another time where I was in the hospital for almost DYING internally bleeding mind you, and I had to take 2 weeks off before I would be able to go back to work I like work I'm hardworking and wanted to got to work 3 days after I got out the hospital but I wasn't physically able I had lost my baby too and needed time off, so when I did come back I wanted more hours and the Manger said "okay but I don't wanna have to cover for you again" like I was in the HOSPITAL I ALMOST DIED PTSD idk it was insensitive to me and the Manger also takes from the tip jar/ splits the tips when it's her store she owns it I don't understand that? Workers burly make 400 or even 200 a paycheck which wasn't nothing! Also the worker girl Tina just does to much she tries to hard to pretend like she works a lot but she doesn't from what I've seen I was doing back and even front almost everything and she would stand there and say she's going to smoke, she would over exaggerate everything and couldn't handle 2 customers on the line and ask for help mind you I was trying to get my back done so I can leave and make dinner for 10people or clean, she was always asking for help when it would only be 2 people, probably the worse place I've worked that's why they cannot keep people only the ones who've been with the company for years stay and or school kids, and the girl Tina always called me to cover her shifts like one time she said she had bad cramps I'm a woman I had cyst I know what bad cramps feel like but if it gets that bad I take medicine or at least try to go in for a few hours, but if you're wondering why I'm writing this now I kinda didn't think about this place till now lol
Placed an order through the subway app for pickup when I got off work. Picked up the order and took it home to Bloomfield. Upon opening the sandwiches neither of the sandwiches had double meat as I ordered and paid the extra $3.00 per sandwich because each sandwich had the same amount as it usually has but this time we decided to double it as we never have before. So that was wrong of the person to either decide not to make it with the double meat or to not pay attention to the order. Also I put on my order that I wanted honey mustard and instead the person made the sandwich with mustard which I absolutely HATE! Again, either not caring enough to pay attention to detail when making the sandwich or just choosing to make it however she wanted to. My husband's roast beef sandwich was also missing the peppers he had requested on his sandwich. I don't mind paying the extra money but I expect to get the extra meat that I am paying for. Will never place an order through the app again because I guess I have to sit there and hold the person's hand as they make the sandwich because they can't be trusted to make it accurately on their own. Or perhaps will have to no longer visit this establishment if they don't care how they make some ones food. If you don't like your job get a different one but don't take it out on the patrons that are paying for the product. Pay attention to the order placed, double check it and make sure it's accurate and made right. There was also not a single napkin on the bag. I mean I can use my own napkins at home but what if we weren't headed home and needed napkins wherever we were planning on eating. Very dissatisfied and only gave one star because couldn't leave this feedback if didn't select a star but wanted to select zero since I didn't get the order I placed.
