Thanksgiving day dinner a total bust. Ham overcooked, green bean casserole cold, mashed potatoes instant. Whole dinner not good. Never do that again for 23.99.

For the Restaurant , after waiting 30 minutes for a server and never getting greeted we decided to leave. As we were trying to leave my son and Husband were harassed by another weightless. I haven't are here in over a year.

the restaurant had very terrible service. plenty of wait staff but they all seemed lost. took 20 mins for them to realize we haven't been waited on, then they finally took our drink order. after placing our food order, it was brought out cold, after waiting another 15-20 mins. Very disorganized and food manager or head supervisor did not do anything to try and help her wait staff. stood there like she was lost too. not happy at all. oh! I never received my Dr Pepper.

This place is broken!!! It's dirty and most of the buttons on the machine are broken. Last time I go there.

This is the worst place to play for Casino. Worst place ever. Don't try to play there you will eventually come back out with nothing. I definitely mean.

I've been standing at bar for and still waiting for over now 13 minutes and theirs three bartenders working. I still haven't been server, am I invisible because I believe I'm not. I think I'll get server when the bar closes. Yet most of the people at bar are drunk and still being server. I for one haven't had a drink of alcohol and still didn't get any. I just walked away from the bar. I believe your bartenders need to be report to the state board on how much patron are allowed to consume alcohol. So as I watch LAWS are being broken here at Sunray's Sport bar.

Surprised the staff due to conference attendees showing up from McGee park facilities. Rainna was game on, despite not being properly staffed. She seated us all and got us all fed with excellent food in time for us to get back to our conference. Thank You Rainna!

We had water schooling going on next door and the manager Rianna had to handle about 50 people more than usual. She managed to get us all sit and served in less than 10 minutes.

Worst customer service ever. I called to place an order to go and they said no would not transfer to restaurant side "said were to busy" and hung up on me. I drove all the way out there to place an order because in past they had great prime rib thought it was worth the drive. HA They were not really busy at all only 9 tables and 3 people at the bar. I did place an order, I got home and they had given us the worst prime rib ever, maybe 4 - 5oz only about 4 bites of meat the rest was all fat, and they did not include all our sides. It was a lot to pay for nothing plus the drive all the way out there. They do not care about customers service. Spend your money in town and go somewhere that wants you to be there.

Not to happy with the service in the tacos I got and the waitress was very very very rude in every way possible!!!!!... She was more concerned about her boyfriend in catering to him instead of the customers eating in the place!!!!..Nice TVs in the place where you can watch all types of sports!!!..Other than that if you really like waiting on your food and waiting on service this is the place to be!!!!..First and last time I'll ever come to this place but have an ice tea!!!!..
We were at the casino & decided we might as well eat at their restaurant. The waitress did the best she could do. We ordered from the Sunday specials. When we got the bill we were all overcharged. Asked her to correct it & she brought a manager to explain to us that was only good on game night UNTIL 8pm. That info would have been helpful to begin with. I will say that if you order the burrito it is ginormous!

I wish I could give them ZERO! My wife and I went to the UFC fights there, and told me they have run out of a beer?? How do you prepare yourself for entertaining nights and can't provide? Horrible customer service ( inconsistence) through out the whole company and no manager to complain too. Do Not Do Not give them your $$$
