I rarely do reviews the same day I eat or stay at a hotel, but this one needs it. I was promptly seated despite it seeming like it was busy. I was greeted by a server almost immediately. Very nice and introduced himself. I decided on a 12oz ribeye and a side of shrimp. I also had sides of chili and salad. I was warned those sides would show up first. He wasn't lying. They came within 3 minutes after I ordered. No problem. Gave me time to start the feast. Then came the disappointment. The ribeye was only about 3/4 edible. There was so much fat and connective tissue, I was disappointed how much I had to pull out of my mouth because it couldn't be chewed. I've cooked steaks at home, and I've NEVER had that much uncooked tissue that couldn't be ate. It was sad. I asked medium well, it was less than rare. I didn't ask it to be re-fired because you know what happens when you do that. I'm glad the salad was big enough to take some home to eat when I get hungry again tonight. I ate what I could, but I was sad for the price I paid what the quality of food I received. I probably wont visit any Texas Roadhouse again if this is the quality of food they serve. I spent 5 minutes back at the hotel picking grissel and fat out of my teeth.

Olivia the bartender just cost her colleagues and Texas Roadhouse a lot of money. Normally I go to Texas Roadhouse and have a great time with everyone. I usually $20 or more. This bartender, I felt, was very argumentative, to the point of myself stating “I’m not going to argue with you” … “You are the first person here I don’t like”, and “You are lucky I’m a nice person”. As a business owner it shouldn’t have come to this. For a customer to have throw flags like that, should tell a server that they pushed past the comfort zone.

Then the bartender (Olivia), felt the need to call on the radio while I sit there and say that there is a “problem at the bar”, while repeating for me to “have a nice day” and “you can go” sarcastically, even before I paid my bill. I felt like was being treated like a drunk disorderly person as she tried to embarrass me. Problem is, I don't drink and I havent had a problem with anyone other than her ever! This was a personal problem and if a bartender can’t stay objective, then perhaps they should’t be a server.

The manager came over and I briefly explained a few points, but honestly I was having difficulty keeping a calm disposition, as I was extremely offend and frustrated by that point. I know this manager and commented for the video footage to be reviewed later. I also stated that I will not return if this bartender remains, as I feel they do not have the personality/temperament for the role. I moved to Farmington, New Mexico less than 2 months ago. I have no family here, and my friends are back in Chicago. The Texas Roadhouse in Farmington has been the only place I’ve felt I can go to relax, until today.

All the other staff have been amazing! Robin, Daniel, Alicia, Mackenzie, and so many others, but this experience has left me questioning when I will return. If I do return, it will not be during the day shift, or if this bartender is on bar. I will go somewhere else, and I will never allow myself to feel the way I felt today. I haven’t given $0.00 tip in over 30 years. In fact, I can’t ever recall a time not tipping. Usually I tip $20 or more. Today it happened…..ZERO.

Love there food and people! The only set back is the wait . Sometimes we wait for an hour and a half up to two hours. But other then that it's the best place to eat!

We had dinner tonight at Texas Roadhouse with my wife and our five kids, and our server Tiffany absolutely made the night. She was kind, patient, and on top of everything—even with a big family like ours! Drinks were always full, food came out perfect, and she made sure each of the kids felt included. You could tell she really cared about giving great service. The food was excellent as always, but Tiffany’s attitude and energy were what stood out most. We’ll definitely be asking for her next time we come in.

Hard to believe the best steak I've had in a while was here. Super perfectly cooked medium rare, seasoning was spot on and it was hot. Totally sucks everything else sucked. I want another steak like that but I guess I gotta ask who was on the grill that night. I'm always open for suggestions 🇺🇸👍🔥🤘

Our waiter only brought our drinks took our order, sat right across from us while having dinner/ chatting with a female. Waited for more than 30-40 mins for our food. During this time, we had to wave other workers walking by to get us refills. He spent the whole time laughing and enjoying his time with his female friend. When our food was brought out by another waiter, he jumped up to try to help. I told him I no longer want his help and voiced my frustration of his lack of customer service. Ronin was helpful and professional taking over the situation and helping us without hesitation. Thank you Ronin.

Best Restaurant in Farmington.
Always busy....Great Meal 4 a great Price.
Lots of choices on the MENU....
Avoid Weekends....where you can wait up to an hour 4 a table.
Their online reservation System is poor.
They don't actually put you into the que until you check in @ Restaurant.
