I almost never write poor restaurant reviews. I do try to be understanding about waiters and waitresses actually having lives. But it’s rare when a restaurant has such bad food that when you leave there you feel very sick. And it’s rare that a waiter or waitress would be gone for so long after you ask for the check. This place is completely overpriced and the food seems like it’s a TV dinner that someone dumped chili on top of.

I like ordering my food to-go as the wait for tables sometimes vary. I love the open face Chile burger with green chile Mac and cheese. In my opinion, only restaurant in town that is worth the wait if you want to dine in. Staff is always nice and friendly every time I pickup my order. You can't go wrong with anything else on the menu either.

Our first visit, and we were very pleased. Great atmosphere, and our server Dustin provided us with great menu recommendations . Their salsa was delicious, and our entrees were equally tasty, and hit all the right spots. We will definitely return and explore more of the menu.

We usually love the Chili Pod. Not today. I called in an order. We spent $63 and half of our order was wrong. I called back to let them know. The mgr on duty came on the line and I explained what was wrong. Instead of listening & fixing our order. She decided to instead tell me I ordered incorrectly. Which tells me she wasn't Interested in keeping us as a customer. Instead she wanted to blame me for ordering wrong. Which made her right. She refused to correct our order. She told us we would have to reorder what we wanted & pay again. I wasn't about to give them any more money for something I should have gotten in the 1st place. She obviously didnt care about the problem. So we made due & settled for what we got. I made sure to get her name as well as the owners name. Hopefully she cares about her customers more than the Mgr we tried to speak with.

Preferred color here apparently. Waitress seats her white friends that came in behind me. Totally ignore my party of 1 and another party of 2 and they immediately got sat, now I’m 20 min into my wait for a party of 1. Kinda gross, food is great though, just gotta wait 30 minutes if you’re brown..

I would leave a higher score but they seem to hate any substitutions here. I asked if their taco or enchilada plates could have mixed protein options… nope… all three tacos have to be the same protein. They also don’t have a gluten free bun for burgers which is strange. Pretty good food overall though.

Could not tell you how the food was. We were never seated, waited an hour for a party of six as they seated several parties of two and three that walked in after us. The hostesses were not friendly and were very agitated if you asked how much longer the wait was.
The food was perfect and so yummy the prices are great and the waitress Shelia is amazing makes you feel welcome and any questions she has the answers to very polite and funny will definitely be back more

Have been going here for a long time off and on and every time it was delicious 🤤 hadn’t been there in awhile tried to order a carnitas enchiladas but apparently since u get three enchiladas now u have to pay separately for rice and beans which is shitty so me and my friend ordered frito pie instead not only was it way smaller but u hardly got any Fritos will not be coming back!
