We had to wait a long time for drink refills. Turns out they charge extra for lemonade refills and the waitress was (justifiably) embarrassed to let us know.

Staff seems more interested in having a chat than getting your food ready for you. Grubhub marked my order as ready for pick up and I still had to stand there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to decide to bag it for me.EDIT: Added a star because the sandwich was pretty good.
