We always love our service at this location! Unfortunately this time there were some people who were unhoused and inebriated. They made our experience a little less enjoyable asking for money and being a bit chaotic. We are from the area and it's not the first time we have had an encounter like this but. I really just wanted some nuggets lol

I've never been to a Wendy's where you needed to request a key for the bathroom. I'm not sure if this is a heavy crime area or what the issue was. Typical food for a Wendy's but the service was not fabulous. I gave a low star rating on the atmosphere because it just was not a welcoming environment at all.

They got every single sandwich order wrong, didn't get the drinks right either and the window attendant and manager who came up were both rolling their eyes and extremely rude at the window when we were trying to get the things we ordered. We were polite and genuinely confused why we were missing all sorts of items. And they were acting like it was our fault. I've worked at McDonald's, Wendy's, and other fast food places and had the self control to apologize and fix things.

I recently visited Wendy’s with my three grandchildren, and I was very disappointed with the service. One of the staff members was not doing any work and even took a hit of his vape right in front of us. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better from Wendy’s and will not be returning anytime soon.
