We stopped here with a bus full of teenagers on a road trip for a team event. The staff was a little shaken by the number of people, but ended up handling the group perfectly.

All our orders were correct. Everyone was fed and happy. They did a great job

This was a horrible experience!
Drive thru person was rude, cussed when we added picked to the burger, and when asked to repeat it (glad she did, it was wrong) she got an attitude.
We had to go back inside twice because they didn't even put bacon on the bacon burger.
It was a VERY bad experience!

Old fries I don't know why they insist on giving the customer old fries and it happens more often than it should give the customer fog fresh off the grill or deep fryer what kind of manager do they have working for them no accountability or pride in their work 🤔 these companies charge to much for the service they provide

Not going to be going to any wendys anymore. 16 dollars i have two burgers with stale hard bread my dogs would barely eat. Aztec location shorted me nuggets and cold food and nothing was done. I even called and no answer. People are getting tired of paying premium prices for sub quality food

Took forever to get our food. We were the only people at the counter. Everyone else in the establishment already had their food and were already sitting down.
There were maybe 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru.
Food teasted fine. Our order was right but only because we had 2 items and because we went inside.
Every time we go through the drive thru, the order always comes out wrong or is missing something. The reason we go inside now .

Services is always poor. You never get greeted. People who work there are always rude and the place is always dirty

Was told to wait an extra 5 minutes for fresh spicy chicken which I was happy about because I love fresh food, but ended up with one fresh and one old spicy chicken. I ate the old spicy chicken and was disgusted halfway thru. If you're gonna pull someone aside then give all fresh chicken rather than one fresh and the other 20 minutes old.

Host curley , very rude, first time here in along time, got total wrong order, order baconator ,got burger with two cheese while reception says one cheese. Went back inside to correct order, they still gave me wrong order, I was recovering from COVID but had to go inside because of their incompetency. As bad as Chef Bernie's or worse.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Took about 10 minutes to even get on the speaker in the drive thru. After FINALLY getting my food, the nuggets were cold. The associate also was kind of rude. Definitely do not recommend going here at all.

Me and my wife, 2 bowl of chilie bean 2 jr. Cheeseburger and drinks for $16 can't beat that.
