The drive thru employee was very rude while I was taking my order, she was yelling at everyone who ordered their food. But the person who gave us the food had a decent attitude. The food was ok they just ran out of bacon which was fine and they run out of drink options quick.

Last time coming here. Waited 15 to 20 minutes in drive thru only to buy a cold burger and fries. I couldn't turn around because I was on my lunch break. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and both were cold, but instead of bacon they put Mayo, lettuce and tomato on it. Wendy's is off the lunch list for now.

The last three times I've been to this location it was around 9 PM (most recently on 1/26/2024) and they were excepting cash only. Too early for a till change, seems shady. All three times I drove to one of the other two locations and their systems were running fine.

This is one of my worst experiences ever!! This place is so ridiculous do not go here to eat. I waited over an hour for my burger . No one knew what the heck they were doing... Not even the manager. 9 people working there at the drive thru. It was like being at the circus my burger was gross and cold. Never again!!

Old fries I don't know why they insist on giving the customer old fries and it happens more often than it should give the customer fog fresh off the grill or deep fryer what kind of manager do they have working for them no accountability or pride in their work ? these companies charge to much for the service they

This location has terrible customer service. They gave me the wrong sandwich, which I ordered through the mobile app, then when I returned, they were all kinds of attitude about replacing the sandwich. No apologies, demanded the receipt, supposedly stapled to the bag, but I ordered through the app and had the receipt on the app. Practically threw the replacement sandwich at me. This place is just awful, terribly slow both times that I visited there today. Thumbs down.
